is that I know well before kickoff that there are far better things to spend my time on. But yet I make time to watch this garbage team lose again and again and again.
I must be deranged.
Don't worry, Exit. In a few weeks everyone will be happily discussing whom we are going to use our high draft choice on, and calling for the heads of Reese and Coughlin.
This game was not an ordinary loss. Heads will roll due to this one. Mara will not put up with this.
Can we please have some people here wake up? Yes he screwed two big plays but he also plays behind arguably the worst offense line in football...the starters are questionable and even they can't stay healthy. And on the other side of the ball is one of the worse defenses I have seen on a field this season...and statistically the worst in the NFL against the run.
The offense put up 28 points. If that is not enough to win you a game then you need to be ripping your defense a new one not the QB.
and the D. Eli misses a wide open Parker and Beckham alone down the sideline. I like Eli, but you can't have a guy who makes what he does in your cap play like Hoyer. Make the easy plays for fuck sake. And the D plays like they usually do.
Sad part is coming out of halftime I said to my friend, "you just know we'll fail to adjust to what they do, and we'll lose on a TD to Dez late."
PS - Way to play matchups - Scandrick out, and Beckham comes back in, and we run it. Perfect.
Yeah, Eli Manning was 29 out of 40 with 3 TD's and 1 INT.
let's blame him. Brilliant idea.
He had a nice stat line - but he coughed up the ball on what should have been a gimme TD (and they promptly returned the INT to midfield, at which point they scored a few plays later). He missed Beckham a couple of times (once wide open and just didn't see him, another time overthrew him when he was open).

Exactly. Did Fewell even watch any tape on that game? But wait, its not Fewell, its the players because we all know that Washington has much better players than we do. I alway forget that all Fewell needs is to have Pro Bowlers at every position and then his defense works great.
RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Eli made two bad plays tonight
Sumed it up on the last drive. He said something like, "I'm sure Eli wish he could change offensive lines with Romo." I can't recall the last game, Eli had a clean pocket throughout. Maybe the Redskins game. This o line is good and terrible
For you Giant haters. Got to spew your burning hatred all night on the game thread and then Dallas came through for you at the end with the big win. Enjoy your celebration.

He sure as shit didn't have a $20m QB night.
If it's not for our 20 million dollar QB, we'd not be in ANY position to win the game to begin with.
If you want to say he doesn't deserve Peyton/Rogers money I'll agree with you. It's just, about 16 other teams will GLADLY pay it. So, unless you want the offense to suck as much ass as the defense and specials do...bite your tongue.
That in the thrre games that OBJ has gone off in the first half, that opposing defenses scheme to reduce his production in the second half and for the most part are successful (lack of offensive weapons does that) yet our defensive coordinator still allows other teams to continue running wild on us with zero adjustments made. I love Coughlin but he's now as much to blame for this mess as Fewell. If Fewell is not gone the second the season ends the Giants are in big big trouble for next year and maybe longer.
No logical reason that Coughlin should be head coach next year. JPP shouldn't be brought back.
JPP should be brought back at a reasonable price. He may never be defensive player of the year, but he is still an above average player young enough so that he can still have upside.
It's easy to say don't bring him back. Who are you going to replace him with? Another street free agent? Don't we have enough worse than average players to replace already?
and see what Nassib can get you. I don't think Nassib is anywhere near as good, but the team has too many holes, and Eli's unfortunately a luxury at top dollar if he's going to continue to play like that.
Eli overthrew a wide open guy on the five yard line that resulted in a pick and, ultimately, a huge TD. Overthrew Donnell with 50 seconds left and missed a sure big gainer. Missed a wide open ODJ on a potential 85 yard TD. Bad.
Inconsistent OL play again. Eli often had little time to find receivers.
Defense was its usual disaster. Non existent pass rush. Horrible Linebacking play. Safeties out of position. Wideouts running free across midfield. Just a nightmare performance.
Kick coverage was horrible.
But we were ahead by 4 with 3:00 to go.
This team is in one of those dark places where they find ways to lose, rather than find ways to win. It's hard to watch, because we've become accustomed to it being the other way round.
It's time for the front office to identify the guys to build around and move on from there. While we obviously need OL, this next draft ought to be about linebackers and pass rushers - and yes, I know, the Giants don't value the former very highly.
the throw to Parker that was too high and got picked, then not seeing OBJ running free when Scandrick fell down.
Then he had us in the lead with 3 minutes left. So no, Eli didn't cost us the game.
That's a 14 point swing. We lost the game by 3 points. So yes, those two bad plays by Eli lost us the game.
You are the biggest idiot in this forum. 14 point swing? So Eli played defense when Cowboys went 65 yards. Such a dolt.
You're more loud than bright.
If Eli hits Parker, he scores. If Eli throws to Beckham, he scores. That's 2 TDs. 7 + 7 = 14.
Any questions?
He missed Odell, because he was scrambling for his life. It's hard to stare down one receiver, when you know the pressure is coming. If the line would've given him more time, he would've made that pass
Go steal money from someone else. He's morphed into Kenny Holmes before our eyes.
Another guy who's good but not worth the numbers being thrown around. He's going to be overpaid, and we need to let him walk if that's the case, even if it is a step back.
season ticket holders who gave their tickets to cowboy fans. if you closed your eyes listening to the roar after the 4th down play - you would have sworn you were in Dallas.
Temper your expectations. When was the last time the Giants fired someone midseason?
They shit-canned Hufnagel in 2006 before the last game of the season. Gilbride took over and they won against the Skins and actually made the playoffs (Tiki ran for over 200 yards).
season ticket holders who gave their tickets to cowboy fans. if you closed your eyes listening to the roar after the 4th down play - you would have sworn you were in Dallas.
Go pay for the PSL and travel home after midnight.

That's the kind of play he's got to stand in there strong and take the hit to make that throw.
season ticket holders who gave their tickets to cowboy fans. if you closed your eyes listening to the roar after the 4th down play - you would have sworn you were in Dallas.
Where were all of the Giants fans who could have purchased those tickets? Those tickets go up on the ticket exchange and you don't know WHO is going to buy them. I guess there are more people who want to see the Cowboys than people who want to see the Giants.

People are broke. The economy sucks. If some dickless Dallas fan twat wants to pay 400 bucks for a seat damn right I'd sell it to him. I never have mind you but I don't blame NYG fans one bit for doing so...
Had nothing to do with the game just makes me physically ill to see all these NY idiots who most have never even been to Texas walking around wearing that cowpuke crap.

It's the same down there in Dallas
I said it before the game - I'm glad that PSL owners (I'm not one) could recoup their costs.
They have to pay for 10 games of this shit, which includes 2 preseason that they're likely going to outright eat. When the team sucks, they've got a choice of either paying at least $120/ticket (or more) plus parking to go watch the shitfest, or sell them off at a loss.
A handful of teams travel well and drum up demand for the tickets, and maybe help them out by not taking too big a hit, one of them being the Cowboys.
Sucks, but that's how it goes, I don't blame them one bit.
I must be deranged.

Being that they happened on back to back plays, if one happens the other is IMPOSSIBLE to happen. so yes, my question is how fucking stupid are you?
Eli threw an interception and then missed a wide open Beckham on the next play? OK.
and that's 100% true. The Skins blew up the Dallas line with blitzing and Perry Awful did none. When is enough, enough?
You just noticed?
Their OL is good but no way should any QB be able to get 7-8 seconds and he could have had 10. Pugh and Kiwi were completely irrelevant on that play.

still 6-10.
Don 't think they're good enough to beat the Titans . 5-11.
Meanwhile, he just commented again about wanting to have balance to the offense.

Sorry this post was supposed to be reply to when we last fired someone mid-season. Bob Gibson offensive cooridinator who called handoff play.
TC maybe should stay.

Wanna know why NYG fans are selling their tickets? Properties. Don't blame them one fucking bit. Psl and overpriced tickets...
