* What a difference an real OL makes!!! Romo has 8-9 seconds to spot a receiver at some points. A nice clean, deep pocket every time (granted the we could get 4 guys from BBI to get a better pass rush :-).) The run blocking was stout too. Martin and 2 other #1s up front paying off for Dallas. SMith toyed with JPP.
* The Giants OL is a joke. No room to run, pocket collapses in an instant. Eli saw Beckham on that one play but couldn't load up and throw it deep.
* Beckham. WOW! What else can you say. Though I thought and continue to think OL was a more important issue, the guy is a star.
* Outside of Beckham, the WRs suck. Randle is useless, Parker stinks. He ran a poor route on the pick, though I'm not sure that that pass wouldn't have been too high regardless.
* The DL may be a bigger joke. JPP the best of a bad bunch. Don't wreck the cap for him. He doesn't wreck games.
* LBs the biggest joke of all. You can see why they don't blitz. They have not 1 LB who can actually get there and sack the QB.
* Despite the tough loss and blown opportunity to stick it to Dallas, the thing that pissed me off most:
THE ROAR OF APPROVAL FROM THE CROWD AFTER THE BRYANT TD WAS UPHELD! SICKENING!!!!
*Happy Thanksgiving to all of BBI!!
- Eli still doesn't throw screen passes very well
- our offense slows down as the game progresses
- the rollout TD to Robinson was well designed and well executed
- 5 penalties for 30 yards was fairly disciplined
- although our last-drive pass rush was terrible, Dallas was holding every play
