Second series.....run, run, pass...completion of 4 yards on 3rd and 7......

how many times do we see a Coughlin team go conservative, when it has a lead?

This is the one thing about this offense, that drives me crazy(besides Eli throwing int's on first downs)....how many times are we going to complete passes on 3rd or fourth down, and not get a first down? How many times? how many games has this happened? It happened 3 times last night.....As I have said many times this year, this team FINDS WAYS TO SHOOT ITSELF IN THE FOOT! I was watching a great game last night....been 5 weeks since I've enjoyed myself....and once again, they pulled me back in....

Schmelk did say that Coughlin mentioned that they tried to balance the offense in the second half by running more.

This team has come out weak in the 2nd half. All Season! You would think, even if we had success in the first half, they might come out in the second half, doing something different than the 1st half. Focus on quick passes over the middle? quick hitters to Donnel and Randle? Anything would have been better than the conservative run, run, pass short and punt. This is why I don't have a problem hiring a new HC next year.

looked terrific in the no huddle in the first half. put up 21 points and dallas' d was gassed. so what do they do? slow the tempo, allow dallas' d to get its bearings and go 3 and out.

another example of a coaching staff that just does not get it on either side of the ball.
