My guy on the inside says Mara and Tom had a "talk". This isn't a Gilbride type thing though. Fewell will not be retained. Tom will get 2 years added on to his deal. That's a done deal. They won't announce until the "strong finish".
Tom will coach next year and maybe one more. Fewell is toast.
I wouldn't be shocked at TC coming back mainly because I think they want to keep Eli in this system and canning TC would almost certainly mean McAdoo goes with him and then Eli is learning a 3rd system in 3 years.
