Dallas would be unpleasant, but honestly not that bad. (Jones is reprehensible and Dez is annoying, but the rest of that team and coaching staff are actually oddly likeable.) But that's a low threat-- any team that the Giants can come that close to beating doesn't have much of a chance.

Yes, the worst team, from a Giants franchise perspective to win another Super Bowl is Green Bay as they would already increase their overall championships to 14, putting them 6 ahead of the Giants (14 to 8). I would absolutely hate Dallas winning another Super Bowl, but GB or Pittsburgh winning would be worse.
