NFT: Thanksgiving Day Parade broadcast

This is the most ridiculous TV broadcast of the entire year. There's almost zero content with endless ads. They move from one scripted promo to another then to commercials then a skit or dance routine with piped in recorded singing, onto a few minutes of ads, then we're back and there's the Met-Life Snoopy (15 second shot) now onto an interview with the stars of a new TV program... And it goes on for hours.

It's lousy.

The Christmas tree lighting in Rockefeller Center show has also become pretty terrible, too.

I don't even put either show on anymore.

It's a shame they simply don't show the parade

My kids like watching it but they hate all the talking. I keep switching back and forth between broadcasts trying to find parade shots.

And yeah it's on in my house right now. It's a tradition unlike any other. With 40 million viewers each year you can bet advertisers have found a way to get themselves inserted into this shit show

I will watch the mouse in March of the Wooden Soldiers drop bombs on the Boogey Men at least once today. Maybe twice.
