Regardless of the score, they are opening holes I could run through. I still think the most dominant Giant team innthe last ten years was the 2008 team that could run on anyone. That OL opened holes like the Dallas OL
when I watch these teams play I realize how much I hate Philly
how anyone can "cheer" for either of these teams in this game.
this is giant douche v. turd sandwich territory. there is no good outcome to this. i hate both of these teams with a passion.
I hate them both too. But this is the real world where one of them will actually win. So it becomes who do you want to lose more. For me that answer will always be the Eagles.
generated a lot of discussion and while this isn't Romo's fault, this is why the perception exists...Dallas never wins a big game. Never. Right on cue again, Philly is smoking them.

Dallas was smelling themselves all week after squeaking out the win against us. They're a weak-minded team...
game plan for the Cowboys has been absolutely awful. The Eagles give up a lot of big plays in the passing game, they have the weapons to throw, and all they are doing is running it
And Tony Romo with all the time in the world makes the play....sound

I am too, just for tonight. I want all the dallas fans going home miserable, i a want to see the disgust on jerry jones face after defeat. I know neither of these teams are going far.
like hell for Green Bay to run the table. This offense won't play well in Green Bay, and hopefully Chip Kelly's teams fall flat on their face in the big spot like they do nearly every year
That Romo non sack flop again. If I saw that correctly he felt pressure and just dropped, he was never touched. With the game on the line that's a big problem?
I'd say 1-3 is more likely than 3-1. Either way they have a fight on their hands. They have a tiebreaker over Seattle, but not San Fran, so I'm hoping San Fran wins tonight.
Wouldn't root for the Cowboys if they played against ISIS. Don't like the Eagles but it's a different level. All those fair weather fans who come out when the Cowboys are decent. Plus, you have an asshole like Jerry Jones. How can any self respecting Giants fans root for the Cowboys?
The Redskins and Eagles (the other two NFC East teams) have had no problems generating pass rush against them. They have gotten home a number of times and have disrupted their offense.
As the other poster said, we need a defensive line.
You think Chykie Brown, Mark Herzlich, Quintin Demps, Markus Kuhn, Mike Patterson, Stevie Brown, Mathias Kiwanuka have quit? Or do you think they might just not be good enough?
You think Chykie Brown, Mark Herzlich, Quintin Demps, Markus Kuhn, Mike Patterson, Stevie Brown, Mathias Kiwanuka have quit? Or do you think they might just not be good enough?
They are just backup NFL players at best and the Giants coaching has been subpar.
This Giants are untalented and undeveloped and undercoached.

I think they quit before the Cbs went down. They turned the coach off.

I could really care less if any of them dogshit players have quit or not. I'm more concerned with who is going to replace them on next years roster because not a single guy you named can be on our team next year.
if Jennings doesn't fumble.............They handed that game to the Cards
Even in wins they gave up big plays to both Houston and Atlanta
Point is this defense has sucked from the begining, not accepting the injury excuse for Fewell, he is the worst in the league.

If Jennings didn't give the game away, SB-winning QB Manning would have, just as did against SF and Dallas.
the Defense at full strength is not good but to say they got blasted by the Cards is nonsense.
there were major holes in the defense in both opening games the defense has allowed big plays in every game.
Stanton a back up QB playing that day threw on us like a pro. You should get NFL rewind and watch the game again.

Romo just doesn't have the big throw anymore, lobbing his passes
His back is still giving him problems.
He wasn't moving all that great on Sunday. Problem was, the Giants have no defense at all, so with no pressure, it never came into play.
But the accumulation of all the pressure tonight. The hits, the hurries, the sacks have put him in danger. Why he was still out there this late I have no idea.
Cowboys offense had a big head going into this game
so how bad is the Giants' D line? Again, the old argument- bad people or bad scheme? In any event, the damn Giants choked the dallas game. I guess it's inevitable with third string DBs but Dez really pissed me off. NICE to see dallas destroyed!!!
this game showed was the Giants probably really screwed up by not throwing the kitchen sink at Romo on Sunday. They burned us with the Beasley TD but they should have kept it going because Romo isn't right.

yup, the read and react defense, while romo could have read war and peace with the time he had was completely inappropriate complete indictment of coughlin and fewell. washington and philly have both demonstrated what an aggressive blitzing defense can do to romo, whose back is shot.

Our team is not good, and we have a shitty ass system with shit talent on both sides of the ball. Maybe next time we can get a DC who is aggressive.
this game showed was the Giants probably really screwed up by not throwing the kitchen sink at Romo on Sunday. They burned us with the Beasley TD but they should have kept it going because Romo isn't right.
The Giants secondary is why Fewell stayed away from blitzing. Bowman was supposed to be the 5th CB if he made the team and Holsey was not supposed to make the team. Why do you think Rex Ryan stopped blitzing. Similar problem at CB
Remember when the Giants didn't attack Romo...and lost?
Who do we attack with? Outside of average JPP and Jenkins when healthy we don't have pass rushers. Ayers can chip in but he isn't a starter, just situational.
Lets face it, we have to really hope Bromley can take over for Jenkins next year and Moore can take over for Kiwi. If these two young guys hold up we'll be ok. We also need Beason back in the middle, kennard at LB and a top free agent at LB.
RE: RE: I'm a fucking idiot talking to a fucking moron
Watch the game again you will see holes with the first team defense like all year.
Gouged does that sound better than blasted boys.
our defense has been horrible from day one

No shit our defense has been trash from day one, its been trash for years but AZ did not blast us. Do you remember our punter kicking the ball straight down the middle of the field to tedd ginn jr who ran it back for a TD through our swiss cheese punt coverage? How about fumbling the kickoff right after? How about jennings fumbling when we were about to score? MISTAKES is what did us in vs AZ, we did not get blasted.
He cannot get anything behind his throws. That we didn't even try to rattle him is pathetic. Every down the Eagles threw the kitchen sink at Romo and made him move to throw, which completely exposed his injury. As I have said in the past, the Eagles are smarty strategically. They know their defense stinks, so what they bet is that by attackin your offense, they will disrupt enough that their offense will be more efficient than yours.
The key to beating the Eagles is picking up the blitz, once you do that, there defense is terrible, and I stress, terrible. They are a well-coached team though that really knows how to hide their weaknesses and exploit their strengths.
Fewell was yelling at the TV screen: you're blitzing too much
This whole team is a train wreck...one week it's ST's, the next it's the offense, the next it's the defense, the next it's a combination of the three, and so on....
But there is no denying, the blueprint for beating Dallas is to pressure Romo.....his back was not right when he played us.....the difference was he could step into his throws against us, and not against the Eagles....not only did we not pressure him, we rushed him with 3, and we didn't have our best pass rushers out there....there is no excuse for that.....If Perry is here next season, this team will set itself back more than just one season....how many times do you have to be hit over the head with a bat to realize the futility of this defense?
agree and had same thought during game yesterday. Romo's throws were horrible. That was not the same player as against us. It might also be that he did not have an entire week to recover from the Giants game.
wow. There are times when you trust your eyeballs over stats, but 50%, 170 yds, 0 TDs is NOT getting blasted at all.
If your eyes told you we got blasted your looking for evidence to prove what you already believe is true.
Has nothing to do With giving up a punt return And fumbling the ensuing kickoff? But yet we got blasted I guess we should not let facts. bet in Tyr
If you watch the game the first series Stanton takes them right down the field for a td to fitz. He also hit fitz for a 17 yarder and another WR for a big gain. They also ran through the defense like it was jello.Drc had a big pass interference too. It really showed a back up QB ripping a Fewell defense.
A harbinger of games to come. Lots of time to throw imagine what Palmer would have done to us.
I hope by season's end they are both baked and carved up.
Sanchez beating the Jets or PHL remaining winless in the big dance?
lolNFLrefs
is this a serious question?
Jets. Fuck the goddamn eagles.
It would be about as comical as a perry fewell coordinated giant defense.
Exactly
Its so sad its comical

124th pick, PHI selected Boykin.

yeah what happened to Romo there?
Sightings of Mike Pope, being yelled at by Witten!

Routing for the Eagles that is exactly what I am affraid of. He certainly is due.
-Joey Nickels
They'll go 2 and 2. Beat Chicago and DC: lose to Philly and Indy.
haha.
it's a great run blocking line.. as pass blockers, they're not that great.
Disgraceful we couldn't knock that fucker on his ass sunday night
what?

Lol
He threw a pass to Bryant the other night that was a duck and 5 yds short. That back is hurting. he can't throw hard or deep.

The Cards did not tear them up. Two special team blunders cost that game.

He's definately hurt.
A million, just like last year and the year before.

Think those celebrating the resurrection of Sanchez may be celebrating a bit early. Lets see what he does against Seattle.
