I don't think there has been enough talk about whether we are going to bring this guy back or not. Do we bring him back and hope he recovers from his disappointing season, or do we let him walk? We know he has the talent to play the position, but it seems he makes too many fundamental mistakes as a full time starter, for example, taking a lot of bad angles resulting in missed tackle tackles.
IMO, we should bring him back on a prove it 1 or 2 year deal and see how he plays with another defensive coaching staff if Fewell gets the ax.
Thought?
Williams seems to be a bit undersized for LB to me.
Concussion seemed serious from comments I read from reporters and TC (few weeks ago)
Exactly, So very true
Of course there will be the element that claims that another team could get more from him. To which we say, let's see that happen. It never does. None of these guys ever do anything when they get cut loose from here.
I am going to go bang my head into a wall.

But think Herzlick has looked much better and one of the reason the D has improved since he took over.,,Jaquan is athletic but soft against the run...meanwhile I might be one of the few that sees this...but think he is stout...and have seen him make a number of plays were he is really bringing the wood...not sure he is the long term answer either but to my eyes he looks much better the Jaquan
you lost me somewhere between "Herzlick", "better" and "D has improved"
Double LOL? It is hard to square with my mental image, but I agree. Herzlick has made some impressive plays in against the run game lately. Maybe he is finally learning the system despite the coaching? He is getting to his spot in run fits and really laying the wood when he gets there. AND he wraps up!!! On the NY Giants? Unheard of....
Kennard is kind of like the JW of 2011......Will he ever live up to the praise he has received from practice? Remains to be seen....
JW never achieved the promise of 2011......terrible against the run...bad tackler....and all this talk of coverage skills is a Giant myth.....
I agree that Herzlich has made some "football" plays since he has been assigned strong side duty. its the best he's looked since he got here.
Williams is a grossly undersized NFL linebacker. He is not, nor will he ever be, an NFL caliber linebacker.
The Giants have maybe one or two linebackers that could make it onto another roster. Other than that they are a bunch of minor league ball players.
