She looks dreadfully ill. Could certainly speculate, but I have never heard that she's into serious drugs. Eating disorder, maybe? Hate to see her fall apart, as talented as she is/was.

In 2012, she pretty clearly had an eating disorder back in the late nineties. However it is puzzling as to what can do that in just 2 years. Are we sure that top picture isn't from 02?

Another singer who battled an eating disorder. Sadly she lost that battle, I hope Fiona doesn't as well.
