J Williams and J Brewer are inactive again, kind of expected. Whats up with Herman (inactive)? Is he that bad or is it just Coughlin's disdain with playing inexperienced players? All I had heard was how well he did in camp and preseason, he is now on the bottom and can't get on the field after his 4 game suspension for PED's. With our OL flaws and soon to be gone personnel, I would think now is the time to see what he can do. Any input on what he might be lacking?
Washington -
No , it's not just you. Brewer has everything you look for in an OT, except footwork, smarts, toughness, and mentality. He's absolutely fucking hopeless.
There have never been glowing reports on him, and he never has stood out in the preseason.
Where does this interest in Herman come from on BBI?

I thought he looked decent in the preseason. But in any event, I'd rather have him active than Reynolds. He should at least be active on game day. He might be part of the future. Reynolds is not. Coughlin of course is thinking about today, not the future, which is defensible, but I'd still like to see him active.
Brewer and Hosley are done with this team. Part of round two of the enormous housecleaning that will happen at the end of the year. Add them to the list of failed Reese draft picks.
Yep, exactly . Everyone was moist watching the drive blocks and him destroying people straight ahead, but never has he shown any ability to pass block, any lateral agility, nor the feet needed to be an NFL lineman. He always reminded me of Tonio Fonoti. Massive but incredibly 1 dimensional
