A couple of years ago, I *ALMOST* bought myself a Nicks jersey . . . but held off.
But yesterday, my beloved eldest child was so happy when OBJ was tearing it up, and I said, "Hey, you want the jersey?"
She said, "ABSOLUTELY!" (We live in NoVa; she delights in taunting the maroon-and-black faithful).
I'm also real happy with her, anyway, because she's going back to college in January to finish up her BA (she's been working since she left school, and making good cash, but we still wanted her to finish her degree).
So she's getting the jersey. I just hope OBJ can avoid the curse. Keep him off the SI cover!
