This is the first time I've heard people doubt Chip Kelly. I love the fact that the Philly sports fan is staring into the abyss for the next 9 months if the Eagles don't make the playoffs.

I agree it will be great when they are eliminated but Sunday night went from we are winning the Superbowl to we aren't making the playoffs. Talk about a turn around.

I've enjoyed WIP a lot this week.

and a Steelers fan with whom I share a mutual dislike of the green scourge. He insists we're going to do them in, and he's going to love every minute of it because apparently that's the worst case scenario to those guys (not just ending up out, but losing to us to boot).

He is going to make $12 million next year and has lost a yard off his yard per carry. They had the other RB Polk running with the starters yesterday at practice. I'd LOVE to see our Gmen pummel the Eagles causing them to miss the playoffs. It would end the dismal season on a high note.

He was getting reps at practice this week and short yardage/goal line carries in games. There have been widespread reports of mccoy and kelly being on the outs. Mccoy has been pining for Desean Jackson.

but what I really want for Christmas is an eagles elimination.

but that team has been soundly beaten by pretty much every playoff contender they've faced in recent months... exception being Dallas on Thanksgiving when Romo hadn't had his epidural... I'm not the slightest bit concerned about the Eagles going on a SB run with Sanchez / Foles at the helm, an average at best defense completely dependent on the big play, and no running game to speak of.

Kelly is a terrific coach... but its still a QB driven league and they don't have one.

than to ruin the Eagle's season in week 17 and beat their ass and send them to the offseason in a cloud of disappointment.
