The club will launch their inaugural MLS season in Florida vs Orlando on March 8, 5:00 PM on ESPN 2.
The first home game at Yankee Stadium takes place a week later on March 15 vs New England (time & tv tba).
Game three finds the team in Colorado on March 21.
NYRB open up in Kansas City on the 8th and their 1st home match will be on the 21st vs DC United.
Also good to see DC United's stadium plan approved. Going to a match there was like stepping into the set of The Walking Dead. The stadium that time forgot.
Personally I think the team is waiting for the Lampard situation to work itself out first and even then won't go after anyone until the January transfer window opens.
I think the plan is for both to come back from their loans and join their MLS clubs for preseason training. Unless something changes, they should both be on the field for the opener.
Tell him thanks for everything. What a player.
Besides Jozy has said repeatedly he won't come back to MLS. I wonder if he's damaging his career at the behest of an inept national team coach. It's a shame...his confidence is at an absolute low point. He missed a crucial sitter of a goal a couple weeks ago that left him and everyone else watching slack jawed. He's awful right now.
According to an ESPN FC article Mix says if he signs with a club in North America it will be with MLS and not Liga MX.

I shall, my cuz Javi Fuego has made the arrangements. Javi lives in Villa's apt in Valencia, they are childhood friends from Gijon, and I shall. I hear he's a great person also...
