Make a play for FA Brandon Graham?

Impending free agent OLB Brandon Graham hinted he'd like to return to a 4-3 defense.
"A 4-3 end - pass rushing is what you do," Graham said. "I think a 4-3 end, it's better because you're always going that way. You're never backing up." It took Graham a bit to make the switch to 3-4 outside linebacker, but he's flourished there in 2014. Still, he feels more comfortable in a 4-3 scheme. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, some compare Graham to Vikings DE Everson Griffen, who inked a five-year, $42.5 million deal with Minnesota last offseason.

Coming onto his own this season, forever tied to Giant fans with JPP in their draft class.
But maybe going forward Graham's career is on the up while JPP and back pain will only get worse? Maybe reasonable to sign both?
He didn't fit the NYG DE paradigm then

and he doesn't fit it now, just give the money to JPP.
Even despite JPP taking a couple of years off

Graham still hasn't caught up in sacks.

It's not even actually close. 17.5 to 39.
No

He's better in a 3-4.

Griffen got paid because he's a talented dude. Graham is undersized and not overly fast.

He's probably better suited in a 3-4 in Philly or elsewhere.
5.5 sacks is coming into his own?

Maybe if he's interested in an Ayers type deal, but I wouldn't give him much more than that.
Graham is entirely unimpressive

Ayers is better than him day in day out. Graham has short arms for a DE, lacks speed and moves. Meh.
Can he play LG or RT on Oline?

No. Nevermind!
No thanks...
