is a class guy. He just posted some blog that happened to be unfunny. Big deal.
after junior seau, dave duerson and i believe a couple of other pro players have either committed or attempted suicide in recent years, not to mention it's a serious societal problem, it's kind of taboo to joke about suicides, hence the reaction. i agree that from all accounts he is a top notch guy and he's not had an easy time recently so from my standpoint i cut him a lot of slack.
