I had heard he is the first rookie to accumulate this many WR fantasy football points in his first 10 games than some guy since 1960's. More than randy moss
This kid

Is just awesome. Reese looking like a genius again.
Not the mere fact that WR was a top priority because Nicks was gone, and he was sitting there at 12, because the Lions and Titans didn't want him...if they did then, then Reese would have the pick of Ebron, Lewan, Donald, Martin, Mosley, etc.
The only way you can emphatically state that he was a genious for picking OBj, instead of him falling into his lap, would be if he traded up for him.....we probably would have all flipped out on BBI, especially with the early hamstring problem.....
Also, he was due, after the last two number one picks of his....
Can you imagine what this football team would be like, if we had won just one more game last year? Everyone should get down on their knees and thank Perry Fewell's defense for not holding that fourth quarter lead against Dallas last year.....
But it really would have been insane if the Lions had drafted Beckham. Thought of having to cover both Megatron and Beckham seems like an impossible task.
Also we should be thankful to the Bills for trading up for Watkins because there were strong reports they were looking hard at Beckham with the 7th pick.
Players we could have drafted. Aaron Donald & Zach Martin were who most teams wanted. It was a great job by Reese. Some people liked Brandin Cooks better. He certainly wasn't a guarantee like some are making it out to be. Nobody thought he was going to be this good. He has been a better NFL WR then he ever was in college. If you are gonna rip Reese for the late round failures you have to give him credit for this. If teams thought he was going to be this good the Bills wouldn't have given up two first round picks to move up for Watkins.
I had the same thought as far as using the ball being a penalty.
Looking at the history of the award, it kills me to see the damn Cowboys and their RBs...
1969 Calvin Hill
1977 Tony Dorsett
1990 Emmitt Smith
And it 2011 when Cam Newton won it, DeMarco Murray must've got some votes with almost 900 yards, 5.5 ypc, and only 12.6 carries per game. Dayum!
