since Super Bowl 46. My only regret is that we didn't drop a 50-burger on those two sacks of shit on the Rams sideline.
Give credit where credit is due. The Rams have one of the best defenses in football and we lit them up. Maybe we're not as far away as the Debbie Downers on here lead you to believe.
love to see Eli win at least NFC Offensive player of the week! he was awesome. very good game all round. very enjoyable meaningless win. this to me shows eli coughlin and macadoo should 110% be back next season
On that flag (whoops no flag)OBJ was beyond lucky he had the vision to begin shielding himself for a hit, but then gets fucking hit for no reason... No attempt to catch a pass way over his head and he nearly got leveled!
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!?!?!?!?!?
If the NFL does not come down HEAVILY on the organization, coaches and players then they don't give a flying fuck about PLAYER SAFETY. Allowing what had been attempted here today by those players on St.Louis was abysmal and should be dealt with by the powers that be but fucking them righteously where it hurts... their wallets.
how do we get to illuminate this to get it momentum, to get it rumbling? twitter? Mike and Mike... fucking somebody who has a god damn voice needs to be screaming at this complete abomination of a team, players and referees for allowing this despicable display of unsportsmanlike and illegal attempts at injuring players.
holy fuck i am beyond pissed off and haven't been this livid in a long time
see this coming. Thought for sure the Rams DL would dominate our OL, especially Walton and Jerry. In fact, the opposite happened, even with the four holding penalties on Beatty.
Great games by Eli, OBJ, RR, Williams, Wynn, Hankins, and yes, the OL, even though the run blocking was poor until late in the game.
but that was a quality defense Eli, Odell and company lit up. The offensive line did an extremely good job against a great DL. Eli was only sacked once and Andre Williams ran for over 100
And Odell is literally unstoppable.
I'd think that most of the money we spend in FA has to go to defense. We also need a new DC in the worst way. The offensive line grew up a lot today
was a dirty damn play. That player should be suspended for that.
not just that but the pass that was way over his head near the sideline, where he had no chance to catch and the safety came outa left field to deliver a hit on a dead play... they threw the flag and then just picked it up after deliberating... WHAT!?!?!

The 4th Beatty penalty was really on Walton - 55, 65 they all look the same. Morelli called Beatty so many times he had the number memorized.
Oben just said Fisher's teams have always been like this since
extended his hand. How does Goodell tolerate this crap, have Fisher on the Competition committee and still claim that the NFL is all about player safety?????
This team has a nice mix of talent, but needs a couple more plus players. I would absolutely love to add a lights out tight end and dominant RT. With the guys we've had sidelined returning, we're not a talent starving team.
That's his best game of the year if only they would stop having to become so passive on offense, then have to turn it up once again.
RR made some nice moves and routes we have not seen from him before this season.
Wynn is playing himself into a major role on this defensive line rotation for the future. He looks much bigger than his listed 266 pounds, while not a speedster he has good lateral movement.
Nice to see Darkwa finally get some touches he could be a nice option going forward with Jennings & Williams. Both of these guys are only 22 years old so these games are very important for our team depth at HB.
first: you can't dismissed the Giants offensive success today...for weeks most on BBI were pointing to the Rams defense as a game where the Giants recent success on offense would be exposed. If anything it was their best performance of the year
Secondly: did anyone else make a connection between the absence of D. Moore in the second half and a lack of a pass rush. I have contended for the past 3 weeks that his speed off the edge..a.k.a. Osi......opens up things for the other guys. Maybe it was just a coincidence, or maybe the Giants, Fewell in particular went into a familiar shell.......not sure.
I'd say this is also the first time since November 2012
these reporters absolutely suck. Nobody can ask a single football question. All of the good stuff that happened between the lines and nothing about that. Ridiculous.
I think this game has just about closed out the decisions. TC looks like he will be back can't say that's good honestly and we will more than likely be top 10-15 draft pick.

Yes, I thought that Moore was a big loss. Fisher succeeded in removing the opposing team starter once again. Dirty mutha...
had an effect on Randle. He looked very good today. Remember Toomer took a long time to get it, had to be benched by Fassel early in his career. At least there's hope for him.
had a great game. He really seemed to open things up for Odell.
While Beatty's holding penalties were bad they were a heck of a lot better than Eli getting slammed.
Oh and to rehash the obvious the Ram's are dirty and the refs were incompetent.
on running plays, the one pass play that they replayed the guy looked like he was going to the ground and Beatty made sure he did by laying on top of him. Te only sack was on a DB blitz that williams made a poor block on
if you watch the game, most of time they were trying to tell the Giants not to respond. Shit you are the officials you have the power to go after the guilty party not preach turn the other cheek philosophy.
Parker is the sort of solid on special teams capable of playing reasonably well if necessary receiver every team needs. At worst he's invited back to camp. He had one terrible game, a couple of poor games but he's largely been more than serviceable.
first TD. Didn't understand why #52 for the Rams (Ogletree?)
wasn't thrown out or penalized for the late hit out of bounds on OBJ that started the whole fight. Giants had two guys tossed to the Rams one and got hit with a 15 yarder made no sense.

Beckham was chirpping after the TD. That was the penalty.
Why Ogletree wasn't tossed is beyond me and I think the refs blew the penalties. The Rams got the late hit and the ejection, the Giants got two ejections. So by my count that was two and two. Should have been 1st down at the spot if the ejections are 15 yds apiece.
RE: Didn't understand the taunting call on OBJ on his
Despite the ejection, I think they did the right thing. I'm also glad DeOssie made that late hit on the sidelines shortly after the fight. No decent self respecting team can allow another team to pull shit like this and not retaliate, especially when u have no shot of making the playoffs. Send the wrong message.
I'm a. TC supporter, but if he doesn't like it, he can go fuck himself. Notice how Okmin reported TC was upset, and Fisher calmly said its behind them. I'm pretty sure TC ripped the players a new asshole during half time,... Bet Fisher & Williams were praising the good job their players did
TC really has a lot of class because 90% of other people would've lit Fisher up at midfield or in the postgame press conference. He has the good sense just to say no comment.
How Alec Ogletree didn't get ejected after starting that melee, how the Giants ended up 1st & 25 after that mess, how the Rams managed to avoid penalties for safeties clearly taking runs at ODB I just won't even understand... a guy almost killed his teammate trying to get at ODB, but let's call another penalty on Beatty. Assholes.
Postives:
- Eli does what he does.
- Reuben Randle played great. I'm still shocked.
- ODB is really one of the 2 or 3 best WRs in the sport already.
- Wynn and JPP both played well.
- Outside of 1 drive/1 punt return, the team tackled very well.
Negatives:
- This defense is EXTREMELY speed deficient at LB and safety.
this offense can be. Eli was magnificent in getting the ball out quickly; receivers in rhythm and on the same page; competent run blocking and backs making good reads. And Beckham is just an amazing talent. Wow.
With 5 minutes left in the game, the Rams starting DL combined for 6 tackles, 1 TFL and 1 QB hit
Beatty got called for 4 holding penalties, 2 on running plays, 1 of which was not near him. On 1 pass play Quinn was losing balance and he fell on him.
that it's all about money, but the moral hypocrisy of a Fischer/Williams team being acceptable to the owners and so called commissioner is a sad commentary on sports in general.
it's not like this is a new mo for these guys, here they are hurting players, their own included, to accomplish what? the response or rather the non response of the nfl office will be loud andClear. And as for the Kronke's owners of the Rams, they should be held accountable. if not let them leave town I won't pay for their fucking stadium
Jeff fisher is the most overrated head coach going. His teams are always dirty, always mistake prone and rarely in the playoffs. Fuck him and his 20 year resume that for some reason gets ignored and all everyone talks about is how good a coach he is. He's average. His record says he's average and he's a fucking asshole who has routinely fielded teams and players that take cheap shots to a whole new level.
The myth stops now. Please no more Jeff fisher bullshit until this guy wins two playoff games in a row. Odds are he won't even make it there before he's finally run out of the nfl. He's a buddy Ryan disciple and it shows.
This is one of my favorite wins in a long time. I really wanted coughlin to bitch slap this rams team today. I'm Glad for the old coach today.
"You make a point. This team plays more and more like a gang of thugs. We all enjoy solid hits but the filthy, undisciplined play of this game just displays how far the Rams are from a top tier team. Just a thought, has Williams initiated another Bountygate?"

Yet the officiating crew saw something different...Pitiful display by that crew. Unable to control the game then penalized the wrong team.
if Williams was successful in Beckham getting very seriously injured. I'd be so pissed off, I might stalk him and gut him like a fvcking fish. WTF is wrong with that guy?
The NFL should ban him for good starting tomorrow.

One of his Saints' bounty was to go after Bret Favre's knees
As a head coach in 20 years. I think the bounties go back to Buddy Ryan. Oh yeah Buddy Ryan punched his fellow assistant coach Kevin Gilbride years ago. And Mike Ditka and he hated him too but was forced to accept him as his DC by Bears management.
Is having an amazing effect on this team, this crappy o-line just handled one of the better D-fronts in this game and did it we'll, they ran well at times, Eli was magnificent and OBJ shoved it out their ass. I may have to wear shades!
last time I got Infuriated this bad in a game .
That Scumbag Gregg Williams and Piece of Shit
Jeff Fischer Should be Investigated .
As well as the so called Officiating Crew .
It was Obvious Early that OBJ was being targeted .
McDonald should be suspended and a number of
Players should be fined .

call a holding call on the Rams till late in the
4th Quarter .OBJ gets flagged while The Rams
player scores and does as much if not More and
no flag .
TC continues to show class and obviously hasnt
lost the team , Plenty of standouts in the game
Preston Parker is a Keeper ,
Kerry Wynn keeps getting better in a short period of time
Mike Harris also looks like he could surprise
Orleans Darkwa also showed well on Specials and Offense
If Washington develops as all of the above makes
our Draft plans a lot simpler .

Never seen an opposing team go after a receiver like that
Dirty, undisciplined, whatever you want to say.But I think there is fault on both sides. Most will not see it or admit to it.The Giants seemed to come into this game with a chip on their shoulder, and I don't think for a second Beckham was sitting there checking out the dew,and the Rams just came along and ruffled it up.I think he was probably up to his usual antics.

They came in ready to defend themselves because they knew exactly what the Rams were going to do. They weren't going to let the Rams intimidate them. I have no problem with how the Giants acted today.

blowing up Gaines, then he is chasing Beckham into the endzone. My favorite sequence of the game
I hate to see players get hurt, but that play McDonald was pulling a scumbag move, but Beckham saw it coming. I felt bad for Gaines! The Rams were effing dirty!!

I was livid when I saw it. If you rewatch the play, ODB sort of lifts his leg to shield himself from the blow. At first it kind of looks like some sort of attempted drop kick, and I think that is what the refs threw the flag for. Luckily they got it right and realized he was just trying to protect himself.
1. No doubt that the Rams were going after Beckham in this game...even a blind man could see that....as for the taunting by Beckham, I'm surprised the spinning of the football was not pointed out to him as excessive celebration, in prior games...
2. The guy that started the melee was Parker....he came out of nowhere and threw a punch from behind....
3. Hate to see guys get hurt in games, but that play by McDonald was flat out intentional.....Good thing Beckham saw it coming and got out of the way....that guy launched himself at Beckham and missed.....not only should be fined, but a game suspension...
4. I am noticing some homosexual tendencies on this board today....

The punches I saw Parker throw were well after the melee started. Maybe I missed the earlier one, but there were plenty of Rams players there when I saw his punches.
and OBJ and Austin trade jerseys
Who else?
Hopefully we can finish the year strong next week.
#13 is too much and #82 had a good game as well.
Give credit where credit is due. The Rams have one of the best defenses in football and we lit them up. Maybe we're not as far away as the Debbie Downers on here lead you to believe.
Jameel McClain as he walks into locker room: "God damn this is a dirty-a$$ team!"
Just because you did not see TC get in Fisher's grill on camera, it does not mean that he will not be speaking with him.
Jameel McClain walking into locker room: 'that dirty s**** don't make them tough' #giants
Jameel McClain: "that dirty s*** don't make you tough. God damn that is a dirty a$$ team. they suck as an organization."

Kerry Wynn

That was pretty obvious. And not something the players would do on their own. Order came from Fisher and Williams.
'Nuff said.
I think a lot of us might try.

we are running a west coast offense with very little talent at the skill positions other than beckham. impressive
the o-line is playing well. with better talent at running back we would have more rush production
