OBJ was the real deal. But Williams is really improving all the time. Tough, fast and powerful. Running smarter all the time. Playing off his blocks and making people miss.

Agreed. He's still running into the pile a lot, but there were a few times he sidestepped and found the whole today. The trucking of the safety was great. You just knew he wasn't thinking about any other move there, haha.
Not sure if he'll ever be the bell cow, but he doesn't have to be to be a great pick. Like you mentioned, he's not only flashing but he's improving steadily. That's so much more than can be said about most of the Giants draft picks from 2008-2012.

Agreed. Beautiful sight.
He missed a blitz by McDonald in the first half then was lights out.
On the 80 harder to Beckham he absolutely murdered the oncoming blitzer. It was great to see.
And for a guy who literally NEVER caught a pass in his years at BC he's actually been OK in that department.
Really good player so far.
And he's doing it as a rookie when he was supposed to be somewhat of an apprentice under Jennings. Great pick so far.
He has a very nice combo of power/speed/quickness, and getting so many carries his rookie season and still being able to run hard is impressive
