I doubt that it's all that difficult to conduct any form of cyber attack on NK. It's mainly policy approval hurdle that prevents such attacks, not capabilities, intelligence, or desire.
whoever is hacking North Korea, will they actually go ahead and go after whoever the real group was who hacked Sony, since most cyber security experts seem to believe it wasn't North Korea who did it and the FBI basically is going all Lindburgh baby and grabbing the first immigrant they can find to serve up to the public so they can move on.
Those attacks are legit but the networks being targeted aren't. Norse provides intel based on hackers attacking these fake hubs. They are "honey pots"
