at info@bigblueinteractive.com. In checking the login logs, I've noticed that some people are having problems logging in. We can no longer access passwords (they are protected even from us) but for temp passwords, be sure you are differentiating between characters that look the same (0 with O for example).

If you still can't get in, please email me.

Went through the reset password process 15 minutes ago although I had done so earlier in the week. Got an e-mail back and re-reset the password.

Pleasew remember that password reset doesn't send a password

It sends you a reset code and a link to the password reset page. I think some people are confused about this.

We no longer have any access to people's passwords.

I noticed that after i "cut" reset code and "pasted" in link for changing password. the paste of reset code had a extra
" " character.

After eliminating blank everything went successfully.
