Who is the worst Giant you've ever seen play? Dumb penalties, getting burned always, just sucking. Now I'm far from any type of football guru, but one player that really stood out to me as the worst I've seen was 2009 CC Brown. I just remembered him constantly getting burned, or a crucial personal foul that cost us dearly. I remember him being ultra bad against the Lions that year. And when the Panthers blew us out in the final game at Giants Stadium. Vikings too. Now I've only been a Giants fan since 2005 when I was 12 so maybe there's a guy in the 90s that blew harder but I'll just open up the discussion with that. Fuck CC Brown.
"Why's everybody always pass-rushin' on me?"
He was a 7th rd pick.
People rag on Fassell and Reeves but from 1971 to 1980 the Giants never had more than six wins. And for a lot of that time, the defense was pretty good to excellent. The offenses were beyond awful.
Is there a gif available of him falling over backwards from his stance on the line of scrimmage?
Dayne and William Joseph, given their draft picks, need to be in the discussion regarding value.
You're right, Fassel did a pretty good job when you consider how many horrible players he was saddled with. The guys you mentioned, Leshon Johnson, Kevin Alexander, Lance Scott, Willie Beamon, Joe Montgomery, Sean Bennett....
Was that Derek Brown? I was thinking of the guy, but couldn't recall the position (was stuck on John Markham, another 'hey, we heard he was a good guy or something like that' pick).
Brian Alford?
Lewis Tillman, the RB who tried to hold the throne between Joe Morris and Rodney Hampton, was pretty hilarious.
Yep. All that speed but he ran like he was wearing horse blinders. He would just plow into linemen's backs over and over again.
Pretty sure that was the guy. Couldn't hit a hole to save his life. If he was any good would they have spent a first on Hampton the very next year?...Bet a million he's still trying to have his first kid...
Fist that came o my mind as well.
wow, I had completely forgotten that guy was ever on the Giants. Man, our skill positions were a cluster in the 90s.

Tillman was a rookie the year before Hampton. He was a solid backup RB.

Tillman was a mid-round pick who was a good backup to Hampton and played well when Hampton was hurt in 1993. Was he a star? Of course not, but he's nowhere near the conversation when it comes to worst Giants.
