If it's not to cold and windy, I'm planning on firing up the smoker with ribs and hot sausage as the main course.
I also use the leftover rib rub to coat chicken wings, smoke them and douse in buffalo sauce as a healthy alternative to your standard buffalo wings.
We'll also have:
A taco ring (don't ask what that is, but my sisters bringing it for the Arizona theme)
Chili
Various dips and deserts
A fridge full of Coors lights and Boston Lagers
I'm hosting for the first time in our new house, and should have anywhere from 10-20 people.

Link is below. They line the slices of bread along the sides of the pan during the bake, it works real well this way but if your in a hurry you can cut the bread up and just throw it all in
