After a discussion with customers Lisa and Ricardo Brown, a Comcast customer service employee changed the name on the bill to Asshole Brown.
When Lisa Brown got the bill and tried to correct the name, she was met with resistance so she turned it over to a consumer advocacy writer, Christopher Elliott who writes a blog elliott.org. Now the whole thing has gone viral.
Comcast has apologized but the damage has been done.

This day is coming but it's not going to be any cheaper for us. If you want to watch sports you're going to pay out the ass for that. The people who will benefit are the ones that watch very little sports

You're still going to have to pay Comcast or whoever for Internet access. And the cost to provide that will escalate significantly if everyone starts streaming everything, as they will have to increase the available bandwidth massively.
Also, the cost of content will be significant, especially for sports viewers.
