NFT: What ever happened to Anonymous' threat against Jihad?

After the killings in France, Anonymous was quick to come on and declare war against terrorists, promising to degrade their propaganda sites, financial resources, and other on-line activities--on January 10. (Link)

What ever happened to that? Did they run out of Guy Fawkes masks? Did their ADHD kick in? Were they grounded and lose access to their laptops? What's your theory?

That whole incident faded away fairly quickly. And while Anonymous may take a dim view of ISIS et. al., they are hardly a primary and "cool" target for those folks.

I kind of think they would think that fucking up ISIS would be pretty cool but we're both speculating.

I too, would have thought that being considered a savior (not THE savior, but A savior) of the free world would ride pretty high on the cool scale relative to, say, crowdbombing an alleged high school rapist.
