It is definitely Mel Brook's funniest movie. I don't care what anybody says about "Young Frankenstein" or "Blazing Saddles". I re-watched it last night on Netflix ... I laughed my ass off. I forgot how funny that movie was/is.
it is brilliant as both a movie and a Broadway play.

Mad - I am not sure what won the Oscar for best screenplay in 1968 but, this script should have at least ... (AT LEAST) been nominated. So funny - on different levels.
