Getting older and stiffer, heard this does wonders but i trust the BBI fitness members to give their take on it

Haven't done it myself, but my best friend started it last year along with the recommended diet that comes along with it. He's lost nearly 50 lbs over the past 9 months or so and feels the best he ever has. He swears by it.
don't know what DDP Yoga is but

I took up doing plain old yoga every morning about six months ago and I highly recommend it. If there's an anti-aging mechanism, I think yoga is it.
Yes, it's a good program

And DDP is a entertaining guy. I'd recommend it.

However, if you really want to get into yoga, nothing beats going to an actual studio. Yoga puts years back on your life.

Not a good one in my area to get to Ben...But i am going to get this DVD and dive into it
I've heard great things about it.

bought it for christmas for my lady.

We started it but then fell off of it due to a lot of very busy evenings. We plan to get back on it starting tomorrow as she is starting her new job which should mean less take home work.

I have a shoulder injury but I've heard good things about yoga helping people with bad shoulders.
I've it

just completed some this morning. Excellent workout especially for those with no workout equipment. If you follow the meal plan Lbs will melt off also. I just use it or flexibility and core strength.

I've thought about giving it a shot. My concern though is that I really don't need or want to lose any weight. I guess if I still ate a lot of calories I wouldn't lose a lot of weight, so it'd probably be fine.

I don't need to lose weight either, but wouldn't mind building the core.

there is an amazing support system at teamddpyoga.com and the DDPYOGA Facebook group. It just adds a little extra motivation to keep going and answers any questions you might have.
Thanks Viggie, will check it out
