The wife and I are heading down on Friday, and we'll take in the Yankees preseason game against the Nationals on Sunday afternoon. We leave early afternoon on Tuesday.
Some folks say try the Cuban food. Thoughts?

2. Hard Rock Seminole (will catch the UNC-Duke game there)
3. Mons Venus.. your wife should enjoy this
We're catching Phillies-Jays on Saturday, and Phillies-Rays in Pt Charlotte on Sunday. Spring Training is awesome... even if its the Phillies.
Also I can't remember what it's called but right in the bay is a place where manatees hang out. It's pretty cool.
