Alright, here we go again… Looks like I’m back for another year, so hopefully we can keep this year’s draft running as smoothly as possible… As I mentioned in a thread last week, I’m extremely pressed for time with restructurings at my company… I strongly considered bowing out this year, but I’m hopeful that I can set everything up with the threads and google spreadsheet and the draft process can be somewhat self-monitored by our tenured GMs… If you’re willing and have the capacity to help, please email me… I believe Andy in Halifax and a few others mentioned they could help… I would appreciate having someone to lean on to keep the thread updated with the most recent and upcoming picks if I disappear for long stretches during the day…
All that being said, we are going to begin on Thursday, April 2nd at 9am. The draft will run from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday until the start of the NFL Draft (Thursday, May 8th) or the completion of the 6th round. April 3rd is a holiday for some so we will go off the clock but hopefully keep thring moving throughout the holiday weekend...
We are going to use the Google spreadsheet again this year. The spreadsheet will contain the draft order (RD1-6) by team (and GM) and a list of both available and taken prospects based on the GBN Big Board (as well as several other prospects that did not make the GBN Big Board). I will do my best to regularly update the spreadsheet throughout the draft. Please feel free to email me (mpgavigan@gmail.com) with any comments or suggestions.
