Selvie has no salary guarantees either (per Spotrac), so he's cuttable if younger prospects outplay him in camp/preseason. His NLTBE incentives are for sacks. I don't know the threshold(s).
Then can work 1 more signing if it isn't, a few if it already includes the draft class.
