Even if I could take the necessary time off to devote myself to it, I doubt I could do it. I would seriously like to do an ascent of Everest base camp though. That seems like something I could do, both in terms of being physically capable and having the means and time to do it. It's a far cry from the summit, but I think it would be a pretty cool accomplishment.

Though, some of the items are put on hold untill after the kids get older...

I always just focused on goals to be achieved that I can work on now. From playing varsity football as a skinny kid, to getting accepted to a service academy to, to being selected for the Marines and becoming an infantry officer...and most recently to start a little family.

If anything, I think it would be to start my own business of some kind to be my own boss. I'm in too good a situation and too much of a pussy (and lack that "WOW" idea) to move in that direction. So for all those, who have started their own businesses, much respect.

By the time the kids are grown up and I'll have the disposable income to justify buying one, there will hardly be any left and they'll all be insanely expensive. No GTX or Super Bee for me.

Id like to argue a case to the ny court of appeals. Ive argued before Judges presently on the court, Ive fought off applications for leave (i fought like hell and won, because thats my job, but damn i wish i lost - thats probably as close as ill ever get), but ive never stood at the podium facing live bullets. When i was in law school i asked the court officer if i could come in and see the courtroom and she was kind enough to indulge me and I was able to stand in the spot. That was when i thought id never argue an appeal, let alone 7 before 30. Maybe. Someday.

I've lived thousands of lifetimes and i've got thousands more coming down the pipes.

I've labelled this lifetimes as "Playing with Sticks" and so far i'm right on track.
