His absentee title run has been awful and I'm tired of hearing Heyman yak on and on. I've fast forwarded every single of of his boring speaches every week where he says the same damn thing.

Completely disagree it has elevated the Belt. It is not just a toy that bounces around John Cena's waist a dozen times anymore. It is a special attraction as is its holder.
The plan right now is to have Cena and bryan be US and IC champ to help elevate those 2 belts.

I guess we'll just agree to disagree. I don't think it's elevated the title at all. If anything, it's made the title irrelevant, non existent. A champ that never wrestles? And when he does, it's 90% german suplexes?
And their vast overuse of Heyman in place of an actual wrestler, has just taken away what used to be a good character.

I'm cool with Cena winning the US title off of Rusev. I'm kinda tired of Rusev being pushed as this unstoppable force. It still confuses me how Rusev was able to get this massive push when they are seemingly so wishy washy, or willing to give up so quickly on most other pushes. The best part of Rusev is Lana...by a wide margin.
He is by far the most legitimate champion they have had probably since Punk first got it. I doubt he will go full time, but maybe come around more often.
Back in the Hogan era, the belt was special and Hogan rarely wrestled on TV. Having Lesnar show up every so often makes his appearances much more important.
It's the same reason NFL games (16 games) are bigger than baseball (162 games). Every game is the big game.

Couldn't disagree more. Heyman is the only good thing about WWE. He is a master on the mic and I hope most of the talent takes serious notes every time he cuts a promo.

That's cool. I'm obviously in the minority, and that's okay. I've just grown tired of a champ that never shows or even wrestles (yes, Hogan wrestled when he was a champ...but those days of jobbers and faaaaar less air time is way different than it is today) nor can he even put together two words on the mic. And Heyman...well, you ever hear that too much of a good thing, isn't necessarily good? Heyman is great...but his rants are the same (snore) every week. But I guess my issue is more with the craptastic job creative does than anything else. I could do without the "Believe That!" moronic slogan from Reigns too.
But again, most of you guys dig it and that's cool. Can't please everyone, right? lol.
But lesnar (along with dean Ambrose, Daniel Bryan) is certainly a reason to watch. The fact that the title isn't up for grabs every single week has made it more special. It means more IMO.
when you don't see the champ often and he's as big a name as lesnar is, every match has a big feel to it. this title match has no build up but why are we looking forward to it? Its a will they or won't they with regard to taking the belt off lesnar. Especially intriguing after he re-signed.
you are right...there has been no build up for the Lesnar/Reigns match Â
the key is the IC title match. If Bryan wins (along with the foregone conclusion of Cena) I can't see Roman Reigns as the main champ with those 2 beneath him. If Ambrose wins.. I can see them going with Reigns. Ends Mania with the Shield holding the IC Heavyweight and MITB briefcase.
for full-time pay so for those of you who like less is more, expect more less! IMHO, he's not a good technical wrestler, he's not good on the mike but Vince has a man crush on him. Reigns is still Vince's flavor of the month ( He's never liked Bryan as his choice!)so I expect we'll see a Lesnar win at WM31 w/Rollins interfering!
at some point maybe to feud with Rusev .I wonder what roster cuts will be made after mania and if Samoa Joe actually comes in .Btw this will be airing on espn in may .. ESPN’S E:60 GOES BEHIND THE SCENES AT NXT

Plus, I never said that there needs to be a title defense every week, that would be stupid. Lets start with just showing up..that would be good.
OMGZ
there's always one.
Source?
Always that one dope.
