Outpatient procedure, where they actually inject a cement into the disc, that's not healing. Supposed to reduce pain up to 90%.Believe me the pain is debilitating.

My father was thinking about doing this a few years ago . His pain management doctor ( who my father believes to be the smartest man on the planet ) said its a risk he wouldn't take if it was his back , but there's a lot of success stories with it . He used the example of " if you have a 50/50 chance of hitting the lotto for 5 mil, but if you don't purchase the winning ticket , they take your house and you have to live on the streets . Would you risk that ? ". He said its a last resort option because if it fails , your flocked .

My father chose not to have the surgery .

My father thinks this guy is brilliant . But this is also the guy who prescribes him pain pills ....so.... If he had the surgery , maybe no need for pain pills ??

Good luck man , hope all goes well
