Scottsdale police have arrested a 32-year-old woman on suspicion of multiple sex crimes after officers were told she performed oral sex on a 15-year-old boy last weekend during a bar mitzvah, according to a department spokesman.
The next day the mother of one of the boys called Radomski, and Radomski told her she remembered exposing her breasts at the party but said she did not recall anything that took place in the room because she had been drinking, according to court records.
Would love to have eavesdropped on that convo.
oh and this is mandatory:
we were living the life because we did a proto-kareoke version of Walk This Way (the Run-DMC one) and stumbled upon a topless woman in the hotel hot tub. 1989 was a much more innocent time.
But I feel sad for her. She obviously has emotional problems. And now there is a good chance she will do jail time and go through life with the sex offender label. And all because she got restless and drunk (she's probably an alcoholic, too) and needed attention.
She should tell the police that her memory has slowly come back and that she definitely didn't blow the kid and that he's just a typical teenage boy who is embellishing.
p.s.-- And all those just assuming she's a shiksa, Radonsky could be a Jewish name.
I continue to wonder how 13-15 year old boys find themselves

Not sure that rationalizing or trying to defend an adult, who had sex with a child is a good thing. And even advocating for her to lie to make this a "he said, she said" thing between an adult and a horny teenage kid seems rather weak.

I understand, but I just feel like the punishment is going to be much greater than the crime. Just having her name and face going viral across the internet as the drunk chick who blew a 15-year old at a bar mitvah, she has already paid a high price.

Ronnie, not sure what to say, but I would feel a little different, as would many people. Is it apriori evident that the cases are the same? Is it sexist to feel otherwise? My default, uncritical intuition or sensibility if you will, is that this case isn't as bad as if it were a male instructor and a female kid.
Don't get me wrong, I was once a horndog teenager, who would have welcomed an older woman teaching me how to become a man. However, those are thoughts of children. As adults, we shouldn't succumb to what our teenage selves would have wanted. As adults, we should hold other adults to the standard that we hold ourselves when it comes to not only not committing criminal acts against children but also in not letting some base desire take control of us when we should know better.
In many peoples' views, it's almost a badge of honor for teenage boys to hook up with older women while it is shameful for teenage girls to do so as many are slut-shamed or are treated as victims of some predator. But there is little difference in these cases. They both involve adults, who should know better, taking advantage of non-adults. While many of us would like to put a double standard in these situations, I don't believe that there should be a double standard for the perpetrators because of their gender.
As a father of future teenage girl and boy, I would be livid if either my daughter or son were taken advantage of by adults of either gender. For any father or adult to give a "high five" to a teenage boy because he had sex with an adult female is such a fucked up move that someone should punch some sense into them.
But let me ask you this. If you see teenage boy having sex with an adult female is not as bad as a teenage girl having sex with an adult male, how about a teenage boy having sex with an adult male in a homosexual relationship? What then? Or a teenage girl having sex with an adult female? None of those situations should be any different in how we view or treat them. But that's just me.

Damn it...let me correct my stupid grammar...sorry.
I need to think about it. Some of our uncritical intuitions do track the truth, I think (bestiality is bad, for example), but others do not (at one time in America, that interracial marriage is bad). I need to think about why I have this one.
in the history of mankind what it was like? I would think since it was all instinct that man slept with women including his mother daughters and sisters and women slept with their fathers and sons and brothers. There was no religion, there were no laws, there were no rules. As hard as this is to stomach, am I wrong?

The age of consent deal may be a bit arbitrary, but science bears the fact that until certain age, children are still children. In different cultures, you have 12 year old girls marrying middle aged men, and often, these girls will die during child birth because physiologically they are not ready to bear children (or sexual intercourse)...and even psychologically, most aren't ready at that age. What makes male children any different with regards to psychological impact?
Anyway...I am more focused on the actions of the adults. Children will act like children, but adults should act like law abiding adults, whether they're females or males.

There is an old saw that men are more emotionally disconnected to the sexual act than women. Being an old saw doesn't make it true, but it doesn't make it false either. Most women I know with whom such a discussion would not be inappropriate have suggested that there is something to this idea.
Anyway, this is all just water-cooler chatting. Not at all something I feel strongly enough to claim.

On the local news here in Phoenix, they gave about 3 minutes to a woman talking about the evils of gender double standards
