The judge ruled the phone transcripts between Aaron Hernandez and friends while he has been in prison can be used as evidence by the prosecution. In the phone logs, Hernandez is VERY concerned about others' financial matters and wanting to give them money. Pretty insistence at times (one friend basically refused to help him with it, but Hernandez kept pushing), he talked about making sure someone's prison canteen was always stocked, and establishing a six-figure trust fund for someone's kids.
Obviously, the prosecution is going to suggest that Hernandez has been trying to coordinate hush money getting sent to people to shut them up.
In one transcript, he warned someone to watch what she says in letters she mails him because "they read that shit." He later warned the same woman to "don't say nothing." That individual, Tanya Singleton, spent seven months in jail for refusing to appear before a grand jury. She says she loves him.
What a piece of shit.

I don't hink he's a POS for doing everything he can to avoid spending the rest of his life in prison.
(Aaron, isn't that worth the 5 grand I asked you for?)
