Aaron Hernandez: Prison Philanthropist

Bramton1 : 3/26/2015 12:39 pm
The judge ruled the phone transcripts between Aaron Hernandez and friends while he has been in prison can be used as evidence by the prosecution. In the phone logs, Hernandez is VERY concerned about others' financial matters and wanting to give them money. Pretty insistence at times (one friend basically refused to help him with it, but Hernandez kept pushing), he talked about making sure someone's prison canteen was always stocked, and establishing a six-figure trust fund for someone's kids.

Obviously, the prosecution is going to suggest that Hernandez has been trying to coordinate hush money getting sent to people to shut them up.

In one transcript, he warned someone to watch what she says in letters she mails him because "they read that shit." He later warned the same woman to "don't say nothing." That individual, Tanya Singleton, spent seven months in jail for refusing to appear before a grand jury. She says she loves him.

What a piece of shit.

if he is capable of murdering multiple people, he has no boundaries. And yes, he is a POS.
To be fair

He's a piece of shit for being a multiple cold-blooded murderer.

I don't hink he's a POS for doing everything he can to avoid spending the rest of his life in prison.

that is just misunderstood, and victimized because of his associations".
(Aaron, isn't that worth the 5 grand I asked you for?)

is a chance he gets off in this case due to the fact that there is no murder weapon and the prosecution cant establish who fired the final shots. Either way there is a ton of evidence in the 2nd murder trial he will face to put him behind for good according to reports including the murder weapon and video surveillance. He needs to be off the streets.

is a former UConn quarterback and current Iowa TE coach. I wonder,if this is your brother, and you know he's guilty (which presumably, you would know if it was your own bro), would you still support him? Seems like he's been in attendance at the trial, but if my bro was this much of a POS Idk if 'blood is thicker than water' holds up.

there was a bomb threat at the court house today where his trial is being held
Lester I hope you're right about the 2nd trial

in this case the judge disallowing the victims texts was wrong imo. Let the jury decide why he wanted his sister to know who he was with. The texts were on the night of his murder and clearly dealt with the accused.
