Does anybody know if Spags has discussed our defense?

banks58 : 3/28/2015 10:18 am
I try to stay current on the news and notes and I don't recall seeing an article or his comments. I had a chance to see what Coughlin, Reese and Mara had to say about certain question marks(safety) and health issues.

Just curious and any link would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

it low key till after the draft. Our defense sucked last year so we do not want to tip our hand about what Spags has in mind.
our coordinators required (allowed?)

to talk to the press all offseason? I know during the season they are only available certain times.
Will his comments mean a whole lot if he hasn't seen the

He hasn't been made available to the media. I believe he'll be available to speak to us during the rookie minicamp.

He's been a failure everywhere after he left...
He

didn't fail in Baltimore.
Perhaps not Eric

but didn't light the house on fire either...
Look I'm all appreciative of the many things he did here, but quite frankly he has done nothing as good in his body of work as he id here , well maybe with the Iggles... That's it... Naturally I hope I'm wrong but I was in the Pepper camp all along...

It was my impression that the Baltimore secondary was supposed to be a weakness and it wasn't.

Funny thing is people don't look at his situations objectively. The Rams were a complete mistake. I dont believe Spags was remotely ready to be a head coach and take on all the responsibilities that go along with it, however those positions dont come along that often and he had already passed one over in DC so he took it.

The New Orleans situation was a complete horrowshow. Head Coach suspended. Interim coach suspended DC suspended. GM suspended. Players suspended.

I mean really that place was a WRECK.. The Players didnt like him and didnt want him. They wanted Williams..

Bottom line.. He was definitely not qualified to be a HC and walked into a horrible situation in New Orleans. I doubt anyone would have had success in that mess.

He worked in Baltimore and put himself in a position with a solid winning organization again working under defensive coaches like Harbaugh and Pees.

Sometimes in life you take a step back to take two steps forward. The man knows defense.. He has worked under very good defensive people..

People forget in 2008 the defense did BETTER than the 2007 . defense.. and that was a defensive line without Strahan and No Osi.. Kavika Mitchell was gone.. Gibril Wilson left.

He will be an improvement over Fewell..
I'm going in with an open mind

We cannot possibly blitz slower/worse than the last 2 years under Fewell.
