It appears to be a criminal related incident where the driver may have taken the wrong exit off of the Baltimore Washington Parkway.

And the security guards aren't military. They are a small but extremely well trained/equipped police force. So these idiots had no shot of making it onto the compound for any reason.

And I was at home (with my shirt off) all day.

They also found illegal drugs in the car
