One of my favorite off-season days is schedule release day. Get to plan a road trip or 2, and look and when we play who and hopefully not too many night games.
Usually a week or two before draft?
When was schedule release last year?
I wouldn't hold out hope for "not too many night games"
They want a good game more than anything else. They are required to play on Thursday night, so they will probably get one more game solely due to OBJ (maybe two), but Giants are expected to suck this year, they are not going to want a bad game if they can help it.
I'd bet the house they won't be on the max number of times.
Opponents and Matchups with Home and Away were released Dec. 30th 2015. The 2015-2016 NFL Schedule will be released by team for all 32 franchises on April 17th 2015. The ESPN NFL Schedule Release Show will air on ESPN at 8 PM EST.

I was thinking the new stadium opened up this season & I just checked it out & it doesn't until next season. If the game is in September or October, I'll consider it, but if it's later than that, no chance in hell. I'll probably end up going to NOLA.
They may not get 5, but they will get more than the typical 6-10 team. They had 5 last year coming off a 7-9 season and NBC seems to like to schedule at least NYG-DAL or NYG-PHI if not both.
I believe every team gets a TNF and MNF game. It's funny, back when the Jets were having good years with Rex, the Giants always still got more primetime games.
arent going to have 5 scheduled night games. If they are good and get flexed that's a different story, but they wont have 5 scheduled
we had 5 night games last year and we came off a 7-9 season the year before so whats to stop them from doing that this year. i cant bet my life that their will be atleast 2 night games one against philly and one against dallas, thats a given. the only night game we should have next year is the thursday night game, but that wont happen.

Different is a far cry from better, and the fewer home night games the Giants have, the better. (Though to be fair, given the short travel week, thursday is certainly a better choice than monday for a home night game).
Thats a Friday...never happen on a Friday....I say they will have their show on Tuesday or Thursday of that week. The 14th or 16th of April.....looking forward to going to Miami this fall
As many as possible......when they play at night it takes too long to "come down" from the high. I still grouse over the game past midnight....hate that
Please make the Tampa game at 4:05 on a beautiful November afternoon.
Ben, if things work out for me I may be able to attend this year. Would be nice to meet up with BBI folk. I suppose we can start planning a few weeks before the game.

I think we only had 4 [/quote
Last years night games
1. Lions opening night
2. Redskins Thursday night.
3. Eagles Sunday night
4. Colts monday night
5. Cowboys sunday night.

We can't, because they come to MetLife in 2015
We have division home and away, whatever nfc division we get this year, and the AFC east. Doesn't leave too many to chance.
They also play Dallas at Dallas, so that is out as the opening game.
Here are the options for their opening game.
Buffalo, Miami, NY Jets, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Philadelphia, Washington, Pittsburgh
I thought about Minny but want to wait to go there until the new stadium is built. They will still be playing outdoors this year
Yep, I plan on flying down for that one. November would be ideal.

Based on the home schedule they have, Giants at Cowboys on Thanksgiving looks very possible.
decent chance one ends up during the week on Monday or thursday

It always seems to be a moving target, and I think teams get a sneak preview and get a chance to check for conflicts.
They also usually announce the preseason games and the Thursday night opener in advance,
