The guy can play. It just sucks that his development was stunted because of how he was handled. Kiwi knew his job so he was the obvious choice (rolls eyes). This is not the only reason I wanted Spags back but this just clearly shows the differences between Spags and Fewell. I was a big fan of Moore prior to his draft. I was ecstatic when we landed him in the third. There is no reason he can't be a player for us. We have all seen the glimpses. I just wish he was able to play through his mistakes.
Fewell would be perfect for a middling team like Buffalo....
Get to the Qb if you free him up and bring him off the edge or up the middle will result in the Qb going down. I bet he loves Kennard too.
I've said this before
If Fewell was our DC in 1981 Lawrence Taylor would be living under a bridge.
I believe Moore is the player that could benefit the most this year

If he can develop Moore, that would have such a huge trickle down effect on this organization. We may be less desperate to have to overpay JPP when the time comes, it would obviously turn a question mark position into a strength this year, he's cost controlled for a few years, etc.

He's a potentially huge key in our success IMO.
We still need JPP.. FOUR ACES PACKAGE requires 4 capable rushers

I don't disagree but having another very good player at end gives us flexibility and leverage.
That Demonster is going to be Spags pet 'Corey Webster' project. He brought Corey from inconsistent to star , I'm thinking he can do the same with Moore who has tons of ability and untapped pass rush potential.
Spags can love him all he wants. Until TC is comfortable with
Moore's performance in practice and games he won't see more time. To think it was PF that was holding the kid back is laughable. Not a TC type of player (yet).
See link below. His arm was in the same type of sling contraption I had when I tore my bicep. That wasn't a pretty rehab and it took almost 9 months of intense therapy to get it back where it was previously.

Hopefully a much less significant injury than mine. Arm in an elaborate sling contraption - ( New Window )
Yeah and I had my arm in a sling when I had Bursitis which went away in two weeks.. so it might not be anything like that
Did you see the pic? You get the love handle pillow too
He flashed on a few occasions and despite not starting a game finished with 4 more tackles and 3 more sacks than Kiwanuka. I'm looking forward to seeing him this season, I think he's a top candidate for a breakout season.

+1, stated the same during the season. Demps over Behre but all the beat writers and Merritt with rave reviews. Behre takes reps with the 1st team in practice but somehow Demps still gets the snaps. I never got it. I get trusting and going out with vets you trust but at some point it becomes insane.
I don't understand why it took so long for the team to see that Fewell was simply a bad fit for the Giants type of defense and that it just wasn't working...
perhaps. We will see if that happens.
Spag loves his safeties as playmakers

I agree 100%. Moore has great potential.
A & M Highlights - ( New Window )

Except, Will is not really available.
But carry on...
He's a potentially huge key in our success IMO.

I think he's more of an Osi type player.

Agreed.

You do realize that Spag was Will Hill's position coach this past season at Baltimore?
We don't know what Spags' plans are for JPP

No but we saw what Fewell's plans were for JPP. Now he's banished to a frozen wasteland.
Hopefully a much less significant injury than mine.

This isn't like when Strahan was switched from RDE to LDE.

since he was hired as DC.
That's funny.

Moore was better last season against the run than Kiwi. Yet, Kiwi didn't miss snaps until his injury.
On a side note, Spags could get sufficient production from Moore as a pass rushing specialist and not a true starter.
I think people might be underestimating Ayers and even Wynn.
And as others have said here: FUCK WILL HILL. He's a loser who was given multiple chances and blew it. Move on.
More like Osi 2.0
I agree it is likely Osi 2.0, which would be outstanding.
