A) The obvious anti-NY bias?
B) The lame ass contrarian debates about blah, blah, blah?
C) The incessant Cowboy lovefest?
D) Jordan Babineaux's butchering of the English language?
E) Lavar Arrington's wardrobe?
F) The 'Who is the greatest of all time' debates?
G) Anything that Solomon Wilcots says?
H) Jamie 'Daisy' Dukes?
Please. Have at it. Feel free to add anything I might have missed.
Can you re-show some of the great games of the '70's, '80's, and '90's please? ...and "Yes" I do know that they have shown some of them, but it seems like the same 15-20 games get show sporadically, rather than the entire rest of the library that they have at their fingertips.

Aw, Kurty Flirty is just mad because Eli stole his job.
Stole. PWAHAHAAAA!

Don't forget, 'Top 10 Draft Day Trades', where some jerkoff reporter from San Diego says that having Roman Oben solidify the San Diego line for an entire year and a half was one of the reasons that SD got the better of the Eli/Rivers trade.
Yah, ok!!
TOP 10 "Top 10 Dallas Cowboys" - The bright lights of 'Big D' have been home to big talent like Tony Dorsett, Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin. NFL's Top 10 reveals the biggest star to don the star with a countdown of the Top 10 Dallas Cowboys.
NFL CLASSIC GAMES "NFL Classic Games" - Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants (1/2/94) - Cowboys overcome Emmitt Smith's separated shoulder to seize critical OT victory vs. Giants and claim NFC East title.
SLUUUUURRRRRRRRRRPPP!!!
Considering that most of current TV networks are absolute garbage to start with, I intend that comment as a significant indictment of current NFL management after the high standards set previously by NFL Films.
Instead of offering or dedicating a few hours a day to these classics (which they easily could) they decide to show repeats of same day programming. Good thing I now own EVERY single show from 1967 - 1979 so I don't have to depend on the NFL Network for something they should have had on their regular schedule.
Bottom line is they are going for the 25+ Male market and it shows. But the way I see it classic programming is classic programming and I don't see anything wrong with devoting the daily 2PM - 4PM time slot to these classics.
But at least Sapp is gone.
They do a good job with the Combine, and since Mayock became a fixture, they're better ESPN on the draft.
They have SOME decent programming -- A Football Life is a good series, and anything created by the Sabols is top-notch. The series on the Giants Scouts was good.
Look, EVERY "24/7 news network" has TOO MUCH time to fill and is gonna have a lot of repetition, crappy filler shows, and other shit. ESPN covers more sports, and they are even worse.
I see what you did there. Nicely done.
Beer, here!
Touché.....
I haven't watched it much in the last two years, and I really do not miss it at all. There was literally nothing on that channel that interested me then, and nothing now (as far as I can tell) that interests me. I get all my news online and can watch video segments online if I want also.
And as stated, with the video library they have on hand, it is totally wasted.....
I understand, they have to "create" news or controversy, between the SB and the Draft, to try and attract viewers....unfortunately, that same process has now run over into the regular season, making you wonder if these guys watch any of the games...
But what do I know, I'm only Puerto Rican.......and I work for CBS Sports.
A double handicap....

Totally agree. They have the GREATEST content on the planet and it is totally ignored. Not even misused. Sheesh!
Hey LeVar you know how hard so and so hits but hey you gave your fair share. Then all nods and pointing.
Shit the need to call everyone by intials? when the f did that start. ED hey TD hey JB hey JD?? their poor mothers gave them first names for a reason. Why not use them.
What exactly does Molly Quirrem or Erin Coscarelli bring to any show? (other than the obvious short, tight skirts and tops?)
Actually miss Alex Flanagan, she seemed to know her stuff and has some reasonble questions.
I only like Mayock and I will record Path to the draft and flash through it checking out anything Giant or any players I am interested in.
I'm with you 1,000%.
The problem is the NFL Network clearly does not care about the REAL fan or broadcasting intelligent programming. Too bad for us I guess.
It seems to be focused on the last 45 years.
Stupid ESPNFL Network!
What is a 1-gap, 3-gap, etc. Show it drawn up on a board and pepper it with video clips.
Have a retired player from that position along with a retired coordinator host that show.
I nearly shit myself when he said the' staples' were Kiwanuka and Rolle. I swear he's geebed up sometimes as he is always touching his nose. Watch it. No kidding.
And I KNOW I've seen Billick fucked up on quite a few occasions. I don't know if it's bing or alcohol, but the dudes mouth was sooooo dry and he kept slurring his words. Lindsay whatshername also looked high as kite on one show.
My perception only.. Don't want to get sued and all.....
Things like this always make me wonder...if they're that clueless about the Giants, are they that clueless about every other team?
I'm sorry, but I do. It is called the NFL Network. Why does it have to be that bad? Some one is asleep at the wheel over at the NFL front office.

I'm sure they could some cool motion graphic overlay to it and then pull away to show it on a chalkboard and then back to the field via a 3d swing angle. The possibilities for excellence there are endless.

Very few complete game films exist, and those are from teams filming their own games. Most of what's available come from newsreel highlights.
About 15 years ago ESPN2 or ESPN Classic dedicated a week to showing complete game films (in color!) of a bunch of the NFL Championship Games from the 1950's and early 1960's. I watched two the of Cleveland-Detroit games, the Giants-Bears from 1956 and the Eagles-Packers from 1960. Those were fantastic, I only wish I'd had the foresight to record them. I'd foolishly assumed they'd be re-aired.

Larry, there's a guy on eBay who sells classic games for $29.95 per..He's been selling them for over a decade iirc..I don't recall if I ever bought one, but would have no reservations in doing so..I think he has the oldest FULL GAME dvd ever recorded, a 1960 game..Take a look and judge for yourself..
I'm sure those extra three hours a day was definitely necessary for their lineup.
They deliver news in little bitty soundbites.
Their programing is pathetic. Top 10 List is not programming, it is mindless pablum that reduces the sport to America's Funniest Videos level of entertainment. Top 10 Lists are a step down in programming from the programming that NFL Films made. NFL Films turned football into an action-packed drama with tension and music. Each football game was turned into an epic.
I hate how the pencil pushers that the NFL hired to run their fledgling network gutted NFL Films. The people who elevated football above the other sports could only watch as these new geek producers slashed budgets, laid-off workers, and lied to Steve Sabol about their intentions with NFL Films.
The hate that I learned the geek pencil-pusher executives that the NFL hired to run its programming, where the ones who made ESPN what it became.
I hate how some marketing "guru" came up with a bold, edgy, new strategy for NFLN's draft day coverage and decided to give football fans less Mike Mayock, and more everyone else for the casual viewer. Their 2013 coverage was pathetic the way they strutted out an 8-man panel to discuss each draft pick in only 10 minutes, half of which is dedicated to commercials. I wish some of you could have seen when it was just Mayock and Rich Eisen, meaning Mayock did all the talking about the player's prospects. That guy was informed on the players and he told us what we wanted to know. Some genius decided less information and more personality was the way to go.
I hate that I wanted NFL Network once.
Lavar Harrington is garbage but the worst is that Conway guy married to Ali's daughter. Get that fucking clown off TV.
..so are we really shocked that it sucks? Thought it was worth registering just to point that out.
Golly ED the cowboys really look good
I agree, michael irvin.

I Never said I was a math genius or that I can count ... but, let me tell you something (wise-ass) ; ). If you worked for me - you would be paid handsomely.
