Her kids were with their father one night when her 16-year-old daughter texted her and asked if her and some friends could come over “to party.” Lenhardt replied “come on, let`s party.” Lenhardt allowed her teen daughter and her friends to smoke marijuana and drink her alcohol in her home. The group of minors and her played naked Twister in the living room.
Lenhardt had sex with an 18 year old in the bathroom while the others continued to play Twister. Lenhardt told her sponsor she was still “horny” afterward so she brought her sex toys out in the living room and began to use them on herself in front of the group. |
And since I know you're wondering...

Naked twister is nothing new. I used to play it in high school in the dark ages of the 90s.
Every guy here just quickly went from wanting to party with the mom to instead just hating the boyfriend.

She thought it was the 18-year-old but realized it was her daughter’s 16-year-old boyfriend. The daughter later told her mother that she felt guilty because the boyfriend’s 10-inch penis was too large for her and he needed to have sex instead with the mother.

hahaha
Well anyone can be CHARGED with rape. Convicted too. But you generally need to intend to do the criminal act to be criminally liable. Even for statutory rape (however generally speaking for SR you dont need to know that the minor is a minor). If she woke up and some kid was having sex with her, it was not a voluntary act on her part and therefore she should not be responsible. Otherwise if an adult was forcibly raped by a minor, the adult could be charged with statutory rape. All bets off if she continued the deed after waking.
Seems to me that the kid would potentially be criminally liable for rape (non-statutory).
everyone else gets to have all the fun.
The premise it's based on is scary and relevant to these types of "people"
They are crazy in Florida.

That's pretty fucked up, that her AA sponsor turned her in. That's like therapy. I dont have experience with AA, but I'd hope that it violates their rules. I'd also expect that it could get the whole case tossed.
Patient-Doctor confidentiality doesn't extend to AA counselors.
Looks like it, what are the chances they have the same name and both have five kids?
Well, I think it's safe to assume what Rachel was up to in between those Skype chats with her deployed husband.

Patient-Doctor confidentiality also doesnt cover child abuse. The provider has a responsibility to prevent danger to minors
She's a caring, sharing kind of person.
Better not come to Vancouver.

Generally an exception to a privlege along those grounds are for PROSPECTIVE crime. Ie. an exception lets you report "Im gonna kill that bitch" but not "I did kill that bitch".
In any event, it seems like there is a debate about whether the priest-penitent privilege would apply. AA apparently has some very religious aspects. I dont think anything has been conclusively decided (and it would be state by state anyway).
Still strikes me as fucked up that you tell your AA sponsor that you committed a crime and they rat you out. And a fairly minor crime at that (giving kids booze and weed).
