NFT: NBA Refs

are favoring the Cavs and the Celts are still in it. I know Boston has no chance in this series, but Lebron is such a great player, why does he have to act like a baby?

true, but I was such a big fan of basketball, but it's not the same game. Too much acting and flopping. :)

stays in the lane for 10 seconds, but that's OK? I would write a letter to the commissioner, but I know it wouldn't do any good. James takes 5 steps to the basket. I guess that's what this modern NBA has come to. It's really too bad. the 62 Celts would be ahead of these bums by 20 at half time. Russ, Heinsohn, Cousy, the Jones boys, Satch Sanders, are you kidding me? lol. :)"not one, not two, not three," Lebron (king) James. lmao
poor little Celtic fan

sorry we can't spend another decade giving you every call like they did in the 80's with Bird/McHale/DJ/Ainge. You and Tommy Heinsohn can go cry in a beer together. Here's a hot tip: the NBA has been giving superstars different rules to play by for the better part of 4 decades at this point. Accept it or move on.

This is one of the funnies GIFs ever. Yes, it was a hard pick, but Lebron's reaction is sooooooooooooooo over the top flopping. You'd think he needed to leave the court on a stretcher.

I remember that game and...wouldn't you know it...immediately after Lebron got the call he popped right back up and continued to play as if nothing ever happened. There were obviously no side effects.

Lol..Classic Lebron.

Then there is this...double flop

And this...

And of course this...

LOL basketball.
Flopping happens in just about every sport
dep026 : 4/19/2015 7:49 pm : link
Obviously its rampant in soccer. But it also happens in Hockey where players take a dive. How about in football when lineman act like they are being held or when WRs try to get a PI call. It happens in just about every play in football.

Yep

I'm sure you wouldn't be saying the same exact thing if it was the Knicks vs Cavs next year and Lebron is getting every single call.

No disagreement here. However, I'd say that the majority of the players don't flop. And of the remaining, some flop much more than others. Lebron is one of those. And it's not close.
disclaimer...I view football a little differently
PhiPsi125 : 4/19/2015 8:02 pm : link
It's mostly with lineman and I truly believe that the refs pick and choose when they actually call a penalty b/c they probably could on every play.
