Avengers 2, Batman vs Supermam, Star Wars ep 7l or Fantastic 4?
Basically if they came out in the same day and you could only see one which would it be?
I would have to see Star Wars. I love Star Wars and when I saw the trailer with the crashed Star destroyer and the light saber with the cross hilt, I was sold.
Buddy dragged me to see Episode one when it came out and after that I was done.
Anyway, no desire to see the movie other than the curiosity of where they will go with it. I am just wondering about the target market and all the hype.
I did watch and enjoy the Star Trek reboots, so maybe I am a different kind of geek.
3. Avengers 2
4. Fantastic 4.... if you gave me more options this would be lower.
The excitement of the unknown which was part of the adventure in the original three and totally lost in the prequels is back with this and that is one of the great things about movies and story telling. As RUSH says, the point of the journey is not to arrive (which is what Lucas was doing with the last three).
:)
I didn't know they had Canadian Football in Star Wars.
Star Wars, I loved the first 3 (ep 4,5&6). The next 3 had very poor script writing. I can only imagine this new movie will continue to speed through political dialog in difficult to understand accents, pausing long enough to over indulge in car chases and shocking alien costumes.

Why would that be your imagination?
Batman v Superman -- Trailer looked sick
Ant Man --- Paul Rudd
Star Wars ---- ehhh, 6 movies in the series already, what is this, Fast and Furious in space ???
Avengers: Age of Ultron without a shadow of a doubt, then Ant-Man, Cap 3, Star Wars and Superman v Batman.
2. Avengers 2
3. Captain America 3
4. Ant Man
5. The other Netflix Marvel shows
6. Batman vs. Superman (not very excited, honestly)
7. Watching paint dry
8. Fantastic Four (please bomb so Marvel can reacquire the rights and do something good)
Avengers: Age of Ultron without a shadow of a doubt, then Ant-Man, Cap 3, Star Wars and Superman v Batman.
Why are you surprised?
Revenge Of The Sith came out in 2005. It's been ten years since we visited that universe on the big screen.
In that time we've had ten Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, three Spider-Man movies, two Batman movies, two Superman movies, five X-men movies and a Fantastic Four movie.
People are excited for Star Wars because it's been away for so long and it's something people really love. Plus, with Disney at the helm, there's a good chance for a decent story, unlike the last time we visited Tatooine.
Avengers: Age of Ultron without a shadow of a doubt, then Ant-Man, Cap 3, Star Wars and Superman v Batman.
Wow I am surprised you have Ant-Man ahead of Cap 3. I think Cap 3 might end up being the best Marvel movie until of course the infinity war movies. I am really not looking forward to seeing Cap die because he is my favorite marvel character. The infinity wars movies are going to be a blood bath.
Everyone sees them as just trying to ride marvel's coattails and copycat what they're doing.
Plus, Recent DC movies not made by Chris Nolan have not been especially good.
I'ts a combination of things not just Afleck. They are trying to cash in on Marvel's success by copying them and rushing a justice league movie. They are jamming in Aquaman, Wonder woman, and I believe the Flash into Batman vs. superman rather than giving them a couple of standalone movies to develop the characters and provide back stories.
Zach Snyder sucks. Ben Affleck is a miserable actor. And the trailer was brutal. Other than that, A+.

Bad job spoiler J!
Now the next movie I am looking forward to is the first of the stand alone stories. It was revealed that it is set between Episode III and Episode IV and will be centered around the stealing of the Death Star plans by the Bothan spies we know so little about. It will not be directed by JJ Abrams. it sounds like it will be a dark and gritty story because the director (I forget who) stressed it is a war story after all.
I can't wait for more info about the expansion of the Star Wars universe through films. I was very skeptical and disappointed when they announced the new films wouldn't follow any expanded universe stories. i wanted to see a Dark Shadows film, or the Thrawn trilogy, or more about Mara Jade. But, these films sound great and not "Disney-fied" at all.

WTF?
I am down on Batman v Superman because of Man of Steel. I did not enjoy the experience. And there's all this talk about "Hope." Not once did Zack Snyder show Superman as being hope. If there was, it was too subtle for me.
Pa Kent died so he could keep a secret. He thinks maybe Clark should let a bus filled with children die but, Pa went back to save the dog. It would be easier to let Clark go since everyone else is scurrying for cover and won't notice that this giant, well built, blue-eyed fuck isn't getting tossed around by the approaching tornado. This create a hokey premise where Clark won't let anyone die again if he's nearby. This gets lost when the Krytonians arrive and start destroying empty I-hops and sparsely populated Sears to get to the slam-banging action.
All the action and the explosions in that final climax and all I could think about is the destruction of Metropolis that is 9/11 times a million. I kept thinking that maybe 10,000 people died in that first lift and violently slammed back to the earth. And then the Krytonians turned the center of that city into a desert, I was wondering if rebuilding the city would be worth it or would Metropolis be left to become a Detroit? Then at the end, Supes destroyed a $25 million drone, when he could have just snatched it out of the sky and given the drone back to that general. Instead he cost the tax payers $25 million, on top of the massive $trillions it will take to repair Metropolis. But it looks like the Daily Planet was all back to business in the mass death that occurred around them, and they're hiring! You know, because massive death tolls mean there are now jobs to be had. The action and drama of Man of Steel couldn't distract me from these thoughts.
Warner Bros. has decided to continue with this same director. The tone of that trailer was bleak. I am not excited to experience that again. Maybe I Netflix it.
I'm really not that excited for Avengers 2.
First of all, I feel like I've already seen "Avengers: Age of Ultron" because of all the footage they've leaked. The most anticipated thing about the movie (Hulk vs. Iron Man) is the thing they choose to leak? Seriously? I pretty much already know exactly what's going to happen in the movie. It kills my excitement for it.
Plus, I'm way more excited for Avengers 3&4 than Avengers 2. Everyone knows Thanos is the final boss. This Ultron storyline is just a money making time killer. Should still be stupid fun, but I'm just not that excited for it. 50% of my interest in this movie is due to the Hulk and what they do with his story at the end.
I'm more excited for Batman v. Superman than Avengers 2. I don't expect greatness and my initial reaction to the teaser trailer wasn't great, but that trailer has really grown on me the more I watch.
Bale did a good job, but he wasn't comic book Batman. In just that 2 second gif, Affleck has already captured an essence of comic book Batman I never saw from the Bale/Nolan universe. Bale was a far better Bruce Wayne than Batman. I think this version of Batman could be a hell of a lot better.
Still don't expect it to be great. The overly dark tone to this just feels too serious for a comic-book movie. "Man of Steel" was a pretty damn weak building block as well. But the fact that Batfleck is growing on me makes me feel more optimistic about it.
And the question was "Which are you most excited for?" not "Which do you think will be the best?". If it's the latter, I expect Avengers 2 to be better than BatvSupes. But I'm definitely more excited for BatvSupes because they are going to be swinging for the fences and Billions upon Billions of dollars for DC is going to be hanging in the balance. They need this movie to be good to compete with Marvel. I hope it is.
The new F4 movie looks so much better than the last F4 movies. Great casting for one thing. But it's an easy #4 for me in this discussion.
I am interested to see the Scarlet Witch/Quicksilver/Hulk possessed(?)/Vision storyline.
I have no reason to believe that Fantastic 4 and Batman vs. Superman will be anything but awful. Man of Steel was CGI building destruction overload. And I saw nothing in the trailers to make me think those will be worthwhile.
I have hope for Star Wars. Also looking forward to X-Men Apocalypse.
I have seen a couple of pictures of him but we haven't seen any footage of him from the movie. RDJ said when we see Vision it would blow our minds.

WTF?
Bucky (Winter Soldier) even wears the Stars and Stripes for a bit after Cap is gone.
Shep I'm sorry if I read that I would have posted a spoiler warning. I haven't seen anything that Cap does die in Cap 3 or infinity wars I was just posting my opinion based on the fact that Evans only has 2 movies left on his contract.
Supposedly, the entire Batman-Superman fight scene was filmed in IMAX, that's going to be amazing to watch
Watchmen :)

Hearing the score at the beginning of the recent trailer raised the hair on my arms. The prequels were a travesty. The franchise is now in great hands, not just an exceptional film maker but a legitimate fan who has experience resurrecting long dormant, stale franchises. They're going to do it right, and I can't wait. Can't even remember the last time I was this excited for a movie.
Watchmen :)
Maybe. Hoping to avoid the same letdown...
