I have been a season ticket holder for 20+ years, this is one the best slates I have seen.
Dallas, NE, Jets in a row, Philly to close the season?
Curious what you were looking for, this is great as far as I am concerned.
Maybe you don't work as both the Washington and 49ers games are at night and night games suck for those who work.

Don't mean to be rude but staying up late at home is a lot different than sitting in a stadium at 11pm or later and driving home in traffic with work the next day.
As if Giants fans are the only fans who have to deal with night games..
Great for tailgating. Don't have to start drinking at 10.
You could look at it like that. Or you can look at it that we'll be healthier early in the season.
Otherwise, it's pretty fair from a scheduling standpoint.
Easy to take a Friday off if needed, or suck it up for one day.
I love the Sunday night football tailgates, cando something else during the day and still enjoy the game later.
I was speaking from a "value" point of view, this is a pretty good slate.
Only questionable game would be the 12/20 game if they aren't doing well.
I have never gotten more texts from friends wanting to come to games as I did in the last 3 hours.
For the record, I am employed, as a high ranking exec of my company, maybe I can more easily take the day after a game off if I need to, but I don't view that as a negative.
I am keeping the first weekend of feb open...
Love this team, love the schedule.
its a division game at least so there is little to no real major prep needed
OBJ was one of the biggest stars at the end of last season. The primetime games are due to him.

The Giants need to go no worse than 4-2 in the division (I have two wins against Wash and NYG home wins against Phil and Dal.
[quote] That is a level playing field. Acclimating our new old DC to his personnel and vice versa isn't. [/quote
Except the Giants health in recent years is usually worse off..
just nonsense!!!!
I'll likely go. The Vikes will probably be out of it by then and it'll be plenty cold so I should be able to get great seat cheap.
This.
I don't care about the night games or when other teams have bye weeks. Just win 9+ games and get into the playoffs again. It's not a bad schedule at all. They can do it.
Agreed. Its a fucking disgrace.
Of course the first part of the equation has to be the Giants becoming a better team, and I can see that happening with Eli in his second year of McAdoo's offense, Cruz coming back, better play from JPP, a healthier secondary, and the new players on defense.
When first leaked, they had us AT Philly in regular season finale..I like this better
True dat..

about primetime games like Giant fans do.

The reason why I hate primetime games is different than it is for others. Generally speaking, we suck in them. That's my biggest qualm with having 5 in one season.
Otoh, I go into each season relishing the home game down the stretch..
Parcells did too.
Fassel kind of owned them.

how a team that finished 7-9 and 6-10 the last two years and will a play total of 10 prime time games the last two seasons

Maybe so but we did not even have OBj yet before last years schedule came out and we had 5 prime time games after 2013 7-9 season, 2 prime time games i don't have a problem with like a previous poster mention we are horrible in prime time games especially against Philly.
