I've met plenty of athletes in all sports & the UFC guys are the nicest by car. Except for Jon Jones. Rousey & McGregor are way more popular & they will sign 50 items if somebody has it. They will take pictures & sign autographs until nobody has anything left to get signed.

I remember the humble kid who spoke softly and carried a big stick. Then came the fame and the attitude change. My wife used to love Jon Jones. Now, she thinks he's a real chooch. You have to be to get my wife to change her mind like that.
I also remember a DWI or DUI and that's when we were like, "This kid has changed and not for the better."
Fame is a bitch, boy. Remember to be nice to the little people on the way up. Those are the faces you'll see on the way down. His talent is undeniable as is the fact that fame has turned him into an arrogant, snarky douche. MMA's version of Tiger Woods.

Not the point nor my intention here. My post has literally nothing to do w his family. There have been a few threads on Jones. There have been a couple of posters here who have given me shit when I've given specific reasons why I do not care for Jones. His behavior has been incredibly bad in and out of the ring at times. I was then told he comes from a great family and I was a "hater" etc.
It's a specific shot at some of his defenders and not at all about any of his family. No one but JonJones is responsible for his acts but it's been brought up numerous times about how great his family is. As if that absolves him in some way.
