None of this is true. Also the clause is for marketing home runs they can join longer market.

I think you're ignoring how much the team likely despises the man with a passion. Why would they not? He was the one who started this fiasco eandeven came after them financially.

I'm defending the Yankees and the reactions are all in defense of Arod. It's pretty insane but I guess that's the opinion here. Then a new question pops up when you compare Alex Rodriguez and his extensive story in all this to melky cabrera. I mean guys get caught cheating and get suspended, the end. Either the entire contract should be voided or you paid all of the clauses. You don't get to decide that you don't want to market his home run records now.
