So, is Sam Bradford the starting qb for the Eagles?

The rumors were out there that Philly acquired him for trade bait.....a trade that never happened....this guy is not mobile, and is one bad step from being on the sidelines again....and of course they have Tebow and Sanchez.....

Can't wait to hear the rant from Philly Fan, as to why Kelly didn't pull the trigger on a deal for Mariota.....and Mr. Commissioner, it's not pronounced Mary-oto......learn to pronounce the names of the top 10, at least...

Mariota going as high as he did basically meant they weren't interested in dealing for him regardless of package.

Now, there were some rumors up to the day of the draft that the Eagles were trying to extend Bradford. I wonder if that was just smoke, or if they were trying to hedge their bets on the off chance they couldn't get Mariota in.

The Eagles got a great pick at 20.

on that roster. If Kelly can find a way to get success out of guys like Foles and Sanchez, Bradford should fit in to some capacity relatively easily. You still need to throw the ball and he's by far the best passer on that team.

I think he goes about the draft in his own unique way. Part of me really admires the new ideas that he is bringing to the NFL. I just wish it wasn't with the E-girls.

He's almost certainly taking a qb today and I agree that hundley is probably his top choice.

Bradford is still questionable to be available by Week 1. With Sanchez already having a year playing in the system, he may have been on track to start for the Eagles this season regardless of if Bradford is healthy enough or not.

Not overly worried about Bradford being their QB. Even Sanchez looked okay because of their zone read system. Mr. Buttfumbler has the ability to run a bit. Bradford does not. So it'll be interesting to see how Chip finds a solution to this.

it has been pretty funny these past few weeks where the stores would not stock Bradford's Eagle jersey.
