Davis is sliding because of bad interviews. Ajayi may have a degenerative knee condition. Wonder if OO is also sliding because of Injury. Add Grady Jarrett and Gabe Wright, penetrating DTs, DT Tyeler Davision, Eli Harold, and Ali Marpet.
Really hoping for a trade down to get back the fourth. This team has a lot of bodies, but little depth. Every extra pick helps, if only to use to trade up again on day three if someone unexpectedly falls.

Trey Flowers. His scouting reports were so good i had to look at some Arkansas tape. This guy is a real good football player and can get to the passer.
Players still out there :

Davis, Odi, Strong, Bennett. Any of them would be very nice here.
Seems like a lot of these guys have either injury concerns or character concerns at this point which sucks. But it's the third round. Doesn't hurt to roll the dice a bit, even if you're missing a fourth round pick.
Hi. If you like Lockett as a slot receiver, check out hardy from East Carolina. He's not as explosive as Lockett but catches EVERYTHING,gets open with ease and is a bigger receiver.

Seen this guy down here at Florida Atlantic which is in Boca Raton,Fl. This guy I think is a better corner then most of the players picked before him. Good pick.

Players to watch for the Giants: DE Trey Flowers, WR Jaelen Strong, CB Ife Ekpre-Olomu, RB Duke Johnson and S Anthony Harris
Prototypical Giants DE. 6'5", 34 1/2" arms, 10 1/2" hands, ran the fastest 40 among true DE's (4.57 I believe) and still learning. NFL.com compared him to JPP. (He can be the JPP of JPP's!) He'll only be 20 at the start of the season. He's already a plus run defender but needs to develop pass rush moves. Still, this is my guy at 74
Bears took two out of the 3 guys I took for them in the BBI Mock Draft and I took Carl Davis in the second round for them because Eddie Goldman and Jordan Phillips were gone at that point.
Jay Alford made a play, Jay Bromley might, Hosley stinks, Jernigan stinks, Chad Jones got crushed, Beckam and Barden...meh..the only one we've hit on sort of is Mario Manningham. I BELIEVE again Eric, we are going to hit here.

Really liking their first three picks. It feels rare to really like all three selections. They're having a great draft so far, getting some great players with tons of potential in areas of need.
Very interested in hearing how they got to this decision. Lots to ponder. The hips, the size. Is he a 3-4 tweener or a 4-3 RDE. I always thought he was the prototypical 4-3 RDE.
Of course, you know the Giants love the African names.
can come in and contribute right away. This is the type of draft we needed. Now going on three years now. JR seems to finally be getting this draft thing!
JonC and hotdog say the Giants weren't high on OO? I don't have any problems with the pick, but why did he fall so far?
hips
didn't Tuck fall because of an injury too
My color on odi was more that he was not in play on round 2 as the focus was Collins- and after that there were many players on the board ahead.
As of just a few picks before I was certain it would be Lockett and strong- as Abdullah was taken.
Odi and the 3rd round I never got that much further as was at the nets game---- happy to see him in the 3rd-
I was kind of hoping he'd drop some more - was kind of high on him.
Who is it?
He's a guy with good size/speed combo - lots of people had him labeled a pass-rush specialist and saw him as a 3-4 OLB. I liked him later in the draft for special teams and thought he had enough in him to at least push to compete.

Also Cann and Anderson.
There goes Marpet.
Talent wins out. There goes Clark.
No. The guy might go undrafted. I wouldn't look at him until the sixth round
I absolutely LOVE his play, but I am very concerned with his Combine. He was awful all-around.

Tyler Lockett for me, or Bennett, Anderson or Josh Shaw.
Although I really like Locket and there are good CBs left.
Trade down Jerry.

Anthony was drafted. I would trade down
Players to watch for the Giants: DE Trey Flowers, WR Jaelen Strong, CB Ife Ekpre-Olomu, RB Duke Johnson and S Anthony Harris
on Defense.
Tevin Coleman or Duke Johnson on offense.
To look out for
I'd take Lockett out of those three. Insurance for Cruz and can return kicks.
Fuck
My guess is Lockett.
Jerry has apparently decided that trading down violates the Constitution.
Strong gives you an outside guy that has stickum for hands and uses his body very well. He had a first round grade.
Locket is versatile, shifty, and can do a lot of things for you.
It might come down to which WR can play better in the slot.
If he's there, it's tremendous value.
Didn't Strong break his wrist? Does he need surgery? Is that why he's fallen so far?

Jaelen Strong.

He apparently played with the injury for most of the year. Didn't stop him. Nothing did
6 in one hand vs half dozen in the other. It depends on what you need the WR to do. If it is the replacement for Randle, it's Strong.
Will you stop posting on BBI too?
Thank you...let us pray!
Seattle gave up the rest of their draft practically for this kid.
Promise?
Odi
Henry Anderson
Not a bad idea...
Odighizuwa, Michael Bennett, Carl Davis, Tevin Coleman and Jay Ajayi
Agree.
Agreed
Eric, don't jinx it. Think happy thoughts!
No shit. So trade down to give us more chances.
lol. would LOVE Odi here but I also have the feeling the Giants will go with a player that none of us expect.
Agreed. They have a tendency to reach too much here. Let's hope they stick to BPA and not get cute.
Odi
Henry Anderson
Tevin Coleman (who they supposedly like too)
Adrian Amos
Tuck, Manningham, and Alford take issue with you!

I always think about Tuck.
Completely agree with this unless we trade back.
YES!! Pressure the QB
Zadarious Smith
Mark Glowniski ( dont think he gets past round 4)
Sure.
Great draft
The hip is the question. Speed and power off the edge, heavy hands, love it. And he has room to grow.
tears.
tears of joy.
Very glad this has happened.
OH that was WRONG. just WRONG.. funny as hell.. but WRONG..
Of course, you know the Giants love the African names.
It looks like the Giants came around to our way of thinking!
They are about 4 pick behind.
Confirm it is Odi.
Love Flowers and Collins, but this completes it.
Three 1st round caliber players
Yes!

Safety.. Addressed

I know about the hips. I assume that he wouldn't have fallen this far unless there was something wrong with his hip.
A+++++
Owamagbe Odighizuwa (pronounced OH DIGGY ZOO WAH). I'm gonna call him "Diggy"
I'll be rolling with the Odi nickname, anyway.
Yeah, they've done well.
I hope we take a TE in the 5th.
