Justin Hardy was already selected
I'd like a WR or CB at this point
SHO'NUFF : 5/2/2015 1:58 pm : link
McBride, White or Ifo.
I want
Jon in NYC : 5/2/2015 1:59 pm : link
Ekpre Olomu.

High upside. Only reason he's still here is because of the injury. Very typical Reese pick this late.
Just missed Cobb
njm : 5/2/2015 1:59 pm : link
How about Mike Hull, LB Penn State?
Take
Mr. Nickels : 5/2/2015 1:59 pm : link
La'el Collins with our 7th and he can take it or leave it.

It's a 7th.

Take BPA here then go Tight end in round 6.
I want CB Justin Coleman out of Tennessee
sjnyfan : 5/2/2015 1:59 pm : link
Average straightline speed, but excellent quickness and tough. Has experience playing outside and the slot which he moved to this year at the coaches request to benefit the team. Tough as well and good size. Very good tackler, keeps his head on a swivel and plays with anticipation. We don't have depth at the corner position, again. We need a player like this.
Amos is gone
NYDCBlue : 5/2/2015 1:59 pm : link
So who now? Ajay? Ifo?

It is a typical Reese "upside' pick. But we have lead the league in injuries the last two years. No.
Biggest team need
Mr. Nickels : 5/2/2015 2:00 pm : link
is Tight End
What about Derron Smith, Fresno State?

This was an important pick.

Can someone explain to me this one?

I couldn't agree more.

Great point.
3 blocked punts...we are really stacking the deck
Coach Mason : 5/2/2015 2:09 pm : link
for Tom Quinn...We have tremendous Special teamers up and down the line up.
Had good athletic numbers
BillT : 5/2/2015 2:09 pm : link
4.51, 6.89 3 cone, 4.45 shuttle, 36 vert, 10'9" b jump, 18 reps
I'm so far away from
nicky43 : 5/2/2015 2:17 pm : link
understanding this pick that there must be something exceptional about Thompson or their plans for him. They know much better than I so I won't complain. Besides, with our first three picks I'm good to go.
At least he is not
old man : 5/2/2015 2:18 pm : link
a 5'83/4" S.

Thomson pretty well off everyone's radar.
Reese's Pieces : 5/2/2015 2:20 pm : link
Only two interceptions, but great special teams.

On ODI, had only six sacks but add to that 30 pressures and sounds a lot better.

Me too :-(
I don't know much about any college player
Bill L : 5/2/2015 2:24 pm : link
But, even the ignorant can get s feel from mock drafts and draft guides, so I wouldn't disparage people too quickly. I'm sure they have valuation on him, but isn't part of the draft at different rounds getting someone you won't be able to get later on? Is there evidence of this? Also, if you look back at these type of picks where they take someone not in the guides, what is their track record for success?
and suddenly we
Dankbeerman : 5/2/2015 2:33 pm : link
Are down to 2 picks. Got to think we need another body on both lines.

Starting to feel the sting of being short 2 picks. Would have been nice to get one back.
Davison
AcidTest : 5/2/2015 2:41 pm : link
and Lippett are now off the board. We could have had either.
Think big picture
K-Gun? Pop-Gun : 5/2/2015 2:44 pm : link
Who makes the 53?

Is it still 53? You get my point.
Jesse
AcidTest : 5/2/2015 3:00 pm : link
James now gone. He would have been a good pick as well.
I would
YANKEE28 : 5/2/2015 3:02 pm : link
like to see a blocking TE and a LB with speed with the next 2 picks.

Zach Vigil from Utah State would be a great choice a LB with the 6th pick
I think TE might be a good place to go with the next pick.

Why? Reese is happy with Robinson, the "James Brewer of TEs," creaky veteran Fells, and UDFA former Grambling State QB Donnell. We've got everybody we need.
sad, Brett Hundley's career is over before it
SHO'NUFF : 5/2/2015 3:11 pm : link
even began...him and Nassib should have drinks together and share sob stories.
Wow Niners just grabbed a punter
Mason : 5/2/2015 3:13 pm : link
And the Pats grabbed a LS.

Trust the scouts I guess.

Rutger's Michael Burton to the Lions #168
njm : 5/2/2015 3:16 pm : link
FB might be a dying breed in the NFL, but this kid's pass catching ability (along with lead blocking) might create a spot for him.
so what
SHO'NUFF : 5/2/2015 3:20 pm : link
we picked up a long snapper in the 4th round (DeOssie)...take that, Belichick!
The Giants
spike : 5/2/2015 3:24 pm : link
should take a LB or CB now
Ha, I still want to take Christy in the 6th or 7th
Mason : 5/2/2015 3:27 pm : link
he is a weapon, I don't care if he is a punter. I'm not a huge Weatherford fan. The Dodge saga is behind me. hehhe
