but I much prefer pancakes, blueberry pancakes especially, which I do make very nicely (pop the whole, fresh, juicy blueberries right on top of each pancake immediately before the first flip; once the edges begin to brown and golden, and the fruit embeds in the soft batter, then you do flip and the fruit is now on the griddle side down, the berries get hot and burst and the juice starts running a bit, kindof like nice fresh poontang); hot coffee and gidiefor's sausage is very good, but why isn't the butter really melting in his serving?
He takes the time to make sure everything is perfect...as a good acolyte should.
