Another big defensive tackle would help as would another starting safety and a starting linebacker and some more depth in the defensive backfield. That sounds like a lot, but most teams have weaknesses like this. What do you think?
Tired of being the most injured team in the NFL, year after year. (See Strength and Conditioning Coach)
Tired of wack special teams play. (See ST Coach)
Tied of out inability to convert on 3rd/4th and short.
Tired of draft picks that never even make it to game 1 of the regular season.
Tired of drafts that yield one player that stays for any amount of time.
Tired of one year contracts that let players pimp us out like a $3 dollah ho.
Tired of people who think this front office is really any good.
If Eli Manning doesn't make two of the greatest throws/plays in post season history, we are a perennial 9-7 team that misses the playoffs for years at a stretch.
Other than that, a great draft and we'll win the SB because we do it every four years. (Sarcasm off)
A solid second TE, OL depth and a veteran safety would be my main ones.
I feel like they're boned at TE if Donnell goes down. And it would be nice to be able to run some 2 TE sets that might actually worry opponents.
The starting OL looks good if Flowers can perform as a rookie but if anyone goes down, it can become pretty weak in a hurry.
And it would be nice if they could find a veteran FS who can come in and help all the young guys at the position. Plus it can give them some extra time if they aren't quite ready to start.
Failure to address holes at OL and safety with free agents
Well, who was there at OL or safety that could have helped, besides McCourty? And they tried for McCourty. No OLine there was worth the money, no other safety was worth the money.
TE, MLB, for when Beason gets injured, as he will, unless they are happy with Thomas, there. Possibly C because whoever it will be did not author 1 snap in '14. S is like C except you get 2 worries for the price of 1 although i will back Collins-Taylor.
Tired of not trading back.
Tired of not taking a LB with a premium pick.
Tired of small school wonders.

Safety still has a strong need to be upgraded.
We can add a veteran safety also but maybe it is best to go with the 3 younger players (Collins, Behre, Taylor) on game day.
